Patterson is a true dual-threat QB who heads into his older HS years with proven production both as a passer and as a runner. He has a quick release and good enough arm strength to push the ball vertically. He really excels when he can get outside the pocket and create. Even when things break down, he plays under control and is looking to make a play with his arm down the field. He still has time to grow and is in our rankings, so I will pay attention to him going forward.
A Middle Georgia passer on the rise who played better and better as the 2025 season progressed, Patterson showed he can put the team on his back and make big throws down the field. He’s an above-average athlete, can throw on the run, and put up really strong numbers this season as a sophomore. The promising passer from Milledgeville threw for an impressive 2,147 yards and 19 touchdowns this season. He also ran for 255 yards one the ground with one more score. His best game came against West Laurens where he threw for 432 yards and five touchdown passes. His best football is way ahead of him and he should see a big boost in the next 2028 Prep Redzone rankings.
A Middle Georgia quarterback on the rise in the 2028 class, Patterson is a playmaking passer who has quickly become one of the top dual-threat quarterbacks in the area. He’s flashed impressive arm talent and has played efficient football since a tough week one against Perry. He’s lighting up the stat sheet and is coming off two terrific weeks of strong play. The emerging Milledgeville, Georgia native has thrown for a total of 2,147 yards and 19 touchdowns. He’s only thrown three INTs over his last eight games and is playing with more and more confidence. He’s also run for 255 yards and one score. He has Power Four potential if continues to improve over the next two and a half years.
