Allen was the clear MVP of the running back group with the D-I skill and upside he showed throughout the camp. The 5'11"/205 freshman out of Mater Dei draws comparisons to former Monarchs' standout RB and current Oregon Duck, Jordon Davison, with the rare combination of size, physicality, and athleticism he possesses at his young age. He carries a physical build, showed advanced receiving skillset in the 1v1 route period, and got time as a freshman last season. Allen just picked up an offer from Oregon this month and was offered by USC last summer as an eighth grader, he has the potential to develop into one of the top RBs in the state over the coming seasons.

Calloway was a standout performer among the running back group with the athleticism and versatility as a skilled receiver he showed at Sunday's camp. He's a strong, explosive athlete at 5'8"/185 that generates power from the ground up with his strong lower half and showed impressive body control as a pass catcher in the 1v1 period. He was a breakout playmaker for Helix last season as the primary ball handler out of the backfield with 450+ yards and 2 TDs on 111 carries. On film, he's a downhill runner that's at his best getting north-south between the OTs with the physical style he deploys and exceptional ability to drive through tacklers and rack up yards after contact. Calloway is an up-and-coming RB to keep an eye on out of San Diego.

Stephens separated himself as one of the best athletes out of the running back group at Sunday's showcase. The sophomore RB out of Murrieta Valley recorded an impressive 4.56 in the 40-yard dash and showed exceptional lateral agility and fluidity out in space. He's quick in and out of his cuts with his natural low center-of-gravity, can mix up his tempo/pacing, and moves with great balance and footwork. Stephens was a recent top performer at the You Are Athlete Showcase in December and has his stock trending up early into the offseason.

Schneider was a returning attendee of the PRZ CA Showcase after earning top performer honors among the RB group last offseason and continued to show promising growth and development at Sunday's event. The Chaparral playmaker broke out as the team's leading rusher last season with over 1,300 yards and 9 TDs on 184 carries. He's a quick, efficient runner that wastes little-to-no movement, can cut and get side to side in a hurry, and offers versatility in his receiving ability. Schneider is an underrated RB prospect that should gain some traction on the recruiting trail throughout the offseason.

Grigsby showcased his versatility earning top performer honors among both the RB and DB groups at Sunday's showcase. The two-way playmaker out of Long Beach (Wilson) showed an explosive skillset and great ball skills at both positions. He was a standout on both sides of the ball as a sophomore averaging 10 YPC with 550+ rushing yards and 7 TDs on the ground and tallied 54 tackles (36 solo) and 4 INTs on defense. He offers promising upside in his versatility, possesses projectable skills/traits as a nickel CB, and has proven production at an early stage of his development. Grigsby is a 2028 prospect to monitor as he continues to grow and develop.
