The in-state SEC programs quickly followed suit and Mizzou offered the two-way standout as a tight end, which shows the versatility and athleticism that he possesses. With his name squarely on the radar of programs across the nation now, expect a lot of college coaches to watch him practice in the spring and offers continue to come his way.

Germantown 2027 linebacker [player_tooltip player_id='906615' first='Shelvy' last='Clark'] had a standout junior season at Bartlett and teams began to find out about that skillset with Vanderbilt extending the first offer at the end of December. When the contact period opened, a handful more came his way such as Florida State, Memphis and Mississippi State.

Rockvale 2027 nose tackle [player_tooltip player_id='1815536' first='Jayden' last='Agberodiola'] had a very productive junior season with his excellent ability to disengage from blockers providing a strong complement to his massive frame. The Canadian talent could have a strong amount of unlocked potential that a coaching staff can bring out at the college level. Maryland thought so and gave him his first offer, putting his name on the map. He will be an intriguing prospect to watch this season.

https://twitter.com/JAgberodiola/status/2015854954141934066?s=20

Henry County 2028 safety [player_tooltip player_id='2112205' first='Ja'Kye' last='Beard'] is a new name to the radar but has an exciting skillset to develop upon with a big frame, solid athleticism and good ball skills. Memphis gave him his first offer and Tennessee was not far behind with his second. He could be a breakout candidate inside the Volunteer State next season as a junior.

Bartlett 2028 receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1181298' first='Pierce' last='Washington'] was someone on our radar as a very intriguing wideout talent with a big, strong frame and the natural box-out ability that can be traced to his basketball background. However, there was limited highlights and social media usage, limiting how much we could fully gauge his skillset, but Jax State and Memphis had seen enough to send offers his way. Tennessee was not waiting on this prospect and became the first Power Four offer for Washington soon after. There is more intrigue from college programs about the Bartlett standout and more tape could equate to more offers.

Franklin Road Academy 2029 receiver/cornerback Remello Armstrong projects to be one of the best prospects in a strong 2029 class in the state, but could have been a year out from the breakout in his recruitment as he rotated in behind some veterans as a freshman. He should breakout this season as a sophomore and the expanding offer list is reflective of that with Kentucky, Tennessee and Wake Forest extending offers during the contact period. This is a prospect to watch over the next calendar year as his production and recruitment could break out at a very loud way.

https://twitter.com/jaxon_rose8/status/2015537515931762717?s=20

Prospect Make Jump from Group of Five Prospect to Legitimate Power Four Interest

Upperman 2027 tight end [player_tooltip player_id='1679806' first='Colton' last='Johnson'] has long been an elite blocking prospect and with him showing off a strong, translatable receiving skillset this season, the spike in his recruitment was going to be inevitable. He is a talented prospect with legit Power Four ability from one of the most versatile position in sports and he keeps adding new offers with more to come.

Speaking of tight ends, Sevier County 2027 tight end [player_tooltip player_id='1577078' first='Parker' last='Newman'] is a matchup nightmare at 6-foot-5 with electric athleticism and receiving ability. He is a dynamic F tight end and Power Four programs are beginning to recognize that ability as offers come his way.

[player_tooltip player_id='1260316' first='Loia' last='Valade'] was one of the best cornerbacks in the entire state at McCallie this season and the fruits of his labor are finally blossoming with a group of Power Four programs interested in the underrated standout. He will play his final season opposite 2028 standout [player_tooltip player_id='1029798' first='Xavier' last='Bowman'] at Knoxville Catholic and has the potential to be an quick riser a month into the season. He will fit in a Junior Day visit to one of those programs this weekend as he takes a look at the new Virginia Tech staff. This comes after adding an offer from Florida during his visit last weekend.

https://twitter.com/loia_valade/status/2016185935684067553?s=20

Riverdale 2027 receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1103038' first='Brylan' last='Oduor'] is also one of the best at his position in the state that is flying under the radar, but as college coaches came to campus, he just kept adding more Power Four offers. He has a dynamic Power Four skillset and should show that with an uptick in production in an offense that will seek to air it out this fall.

Brentwood 2027 tackle [player_tooltip player_id='1286232' first='Kyle' last='Nabrotzky'] is an interesting prospect as a converted tight end with a strong, lean frame and intriguing measureables. He has a good amount of untapped potential left at the position naturally and that is something Eric Morris thrived with at North Texas before taking the job at Oklahoma State this offseason. Now, Morris' new program has offered him and flown in to see him, which could only be a good sign for Nabrotzky.

Montgomery Bell Academy 2028 tight end [player_tooltip player_id='1847747' first='Bennett' last='Conyers'] has arguably benefitted the most of anyone in the state from the contact period. As he took a massive leap forward physically and on the field, Illinois gave him his first Power Four offer during the season. Now, those Power offers just keep trickling in to the MBA product that has an intriguing receiving skillset with blocking experience.

https://twitter.com/bennett_conyers/status/2014076477952663906?s=20

Power Four Prospect Beginning to Become Priority Targets

A select handful of prospects that were already squarely on the Power Four radar saw their stock hit an entirely new level as college coaches came to see them over the contact period, quickly adding several high-profile offers.

Antioch 2027 quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='378901' first='Andre' last='Adams'] is one of the most dynamic players at the position in the entire nation for his class and the top college programs are finally coming around to realize that. Since hiring Alex Golesh, Auburn has been aggressive in recruiting the rising senior. Other programs such as Kentucky and Wisconsin have sent offers as they expand their lists of potential targets throughout the southeast.

Collierville 2027 receiver Tae Walden Jr is an exciting playmaker that has seen a very strong uptick in interest from college programs during this month with the staffs at Auburn and Tennessee beginning to make serious pushes in addition to new offers from programs such as Georgia, Ohio State, Oregon, Texas A&M and Wisconsin.

https://twitter.com/Erikwaldenjr/status/2010484325754552517?s=20

Lausanne 2027 receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1556594' first='Lawrence' last='Britt'] is an explosive playmaker no matter where he is lined up in the formation on each play and that is an exciting skillset that top college programs are very interested in. Mizzou is one of the top schools in the mix and he will visit there this weekend. Vanderbilt is also in the mix and he has added new offers from Indiana, Kentucky and Texas Tech this week.

White Station 2027 edge rusher [player_tooltip player_id='1310642' first='Antwan' last='Jackson'] is an exciting defensive playmaker that can rush the passer or handle outside linebacker responsibilities. His explosive ability and well-rounded skillset has made him one of the fastest rising recruits in the southeast with new offers from Georgia, Kentucky, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas and others.

https://twitter.com/OvertimeTwan/status/2016934719825285575?s=20

Baylor 2028 tight end [player_tooltip player_id='1201841' first='Braxton' last='Rein'] flashed his dynamic receiving ability in his first season with the program, eventually earning his first offer from Vanderbilt in the middle of the season. That quickly turned into offers of some of the other top programs in the nation and that list has expanded during the contact period to include Duke, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Oregon, Penn State, Texas, Tulane, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest.
