Offer Tracker: Introducing Andrew Rowe, Luke Nolan, and Others

High school offers are flying around left and right. Here at Prep Redzone, we have you covered with updates on some of the more underrated guys in the state starting to rise. Here is a look at 10 guys I am tracking who have added offers in the last few days.    Rowe has been a familiar name to me since last fall, and a recent offer from Georgia Southern cracks the glass ceiling of his recruitment. Rowe plays both ways, but will settle as a DB. Just a well-rounded, solid player here. Checks the length boxes, has long strides in space, and is a fluid athlete. He is a patient player, both in coverage and as a tackler, which keeps him in a prime position to make a play. From there, his ball skills and point of attack ability do the rest.     It's been a busy January for Lynch, who is steadily rising as a prospect. Lynch is a juiced-up athlete. His footwork is fast, his hips are fluid, and he has the speed to hustle to a spot. He moves well through changes of direction and his backpedal, which makes him hard to separate from at the top of routes. Once he attaches, he has the athletic traits to make life hard on receivers. Really big fan of how he moves.     Ingram is a big riser in the state this month, with nearly half a dozen D1 offers coming his way in the last week alone. Ingram has some hallmark traits of a D1 cover corner. He is light on his feet and gets hands on receivers at the line, allowing him to mirror and disrupt timing. He is a lean athlete with room to get bigger and uses his length to help attack the football. He is trusted alone on an island, and it's due to his impressive man coverage skills.     Jayden Joyner is a subtle riser over the last few days, with offers rolling in from Florida International and Kennesaw State. Long-limbed, long-strider with the speed and lean to take the top off the defense. Cuts through cushion and maintains his speed over longer distances, creating gradual separation. Would consider him a big play threat, but he is better in the short areas than you would think. He can drop his weight, work back to the QB, and is light on his feet when he has to create his own yards. Fun tape to watch.     A busy offseason with FBS/P4 offers rolling his way this month has catapulted Wagner up recruiting boards. Wagner is an explosive, sudden, aggressive player in the middle of the defense. He is quick to diagnose and explode to a spot, quickly beating RBs to a gap. He is built with a low center of gravity, helping him attack the trunk of ball carriers. Just a really explosive, aggressive player who gets after the ball.     Nolan picked up his first offer from Kennesaw State a few days ago, launching him from overlooked to firmly on recruiting boards. Nolan is an athletic, explosive TE prospect with time and space to get bigger. He battles hard at the point of attack as a blocker and can roll downhill quickly to take on second-level defenders. He is quick out of his stance as a receiver and maintains his speed while crossing the field. Juiced up player for the position, and he is just tipping the iceberg.     Register is a small school player with an offer from Georgia Southern to kick off his recruitment. Register is a wrecker against his current level of competition, effortlessly controlling the point and flashing the general athletcism needed to chase and make plays on the ball when he sheds. I think there's some upside here as well, supporting a frame with plenty of room to add good mass. As a small school player, Register could benefit from camping in front of coaches, but an early offer from Georgia Southern still has him in good shape.     Freeman's first offer from Kennesaw State comes as no surprise to me, as I have been tracking him since his freshman year. A productive sophomore season certainly helped his case. Tall, lean DB who creates havoc plays as a tackler. I love how he engages blockers, and he consistently makes plays behind the line of scrimmage. He is capable of separating the ball from ball carrier as well. His playstyle will only benefit from added weight and play strength, so I am extremely bullish on the upside here.     Davenport picked up his first offer from Tulane last week, and with years left of development at a recruiting hotbed, his recruitment should continue to take shape. He has developed beyond his years and has impressive movement skills for his size, position, and age. He is still developing his nuance, but he is strong enough to hold his own and plays with plenty of range. I will be tracking this guy closely, as he should develop into one of the best 2029 LBs in Georgia.     Palmer, who is up to 6'4 200, is ranked as one of the best 2029 TEs in Georgia and will be one of the tone-setters for the rest of the class at that position. Palmer is a massive, strong, physically imposing player. While still raw, you can watch how hard he is to tackle in space and understand the basis of intrigue here. Freshmen aren't built like this too often, and he has so much room to grow, too.
