LaVert is an interesting case! He has been unranked across most sites, but P4 programs have started to take notice. The shifty WR/DB has an unofficial visit to Michigan State set up, who has recruited Dakota well in the past, including their recent offer to his teammate [player_tooltip player_id='1157440' first='Elijah' last='Goins']. This dude has the freak athleticism and explosion to out-athlete nearly anyone lined up across from him. I love his change of direction, paired with secure hands. His development is well underway, and he could become a blue chip guy before the end of his high school tenure.

Ike has the frame to become an absolute monster. His highlights show an EDGE guy that can get off the ball, and work his way free to make plays both against the run and against the pass. He is able to rip and use his hands to keep the blockers at bay. Once he gets into the backfield, he has the motor to chase down the ball. He's a non-stop EDGE who makes life difficult on all downs and situations. Great potential to blossom into a D1 guy.

Lincoln has a really interesting mix of size, arm strength and the benefit of being in a QB friendly system. Belleville has a pretty solid track record of developing quarterbacks, to say the least. Like I mentioned, his frame draws your attention right off the bat. A legit 6'3 and has the potential to keep developing in the weight room. On field, he is able to rip the ball into windows and maneuver in the pocket to give himself the best throwing lane. He can push the ball downfield on deep balls and has the ability to hit timing routes with precision. I am really excited to see his growth and development over the last year.

This is your prototypical Cass Tech defensive lineman. Big, powerful and nasty. He fires off low and gets under the pads of the offensive lineman and just bullies them. He has the ability to man multiple gaps and make plays. Moving well at his size, he has no issue chasing plays down or hitting linemen with fake outs before zooming by them. This is a dude that I could see earning a significant amount of reps this fall, and grabbing some D1 attention.

What an extremely interesting freshman tape from Walker. A number of his highlights show him playing center field in the defensive secondary and going sideline to sideline, making plays and earning interceptions and PBUs. Walker fights off blocks well and is typically able to make some really high level tackles. He's quick and instinctual, typically reading the routes before they even develop. Offensively, he's a tough runner that has no issue blowing through arm tackles and fighting for extra yardage. He has good visiion and instincts and knows how to find the open field. This is a 2-way star that has the opportunity to be a standout on either side of the ball.
