Minegar is a very fluid and explosive athlete that does tons of damage on both sides of the ball but should find his home as a outside linebacker/edge rusher at the next level. From the edge, he explodes out of his stance and can turn the corner with twitch and quick hands, turning his hips and shoulders quickly when winning the corner. He can get underneath bigger blockers and collapse the pocket quickly on the backside and knows when to counter back inside and win with speed and sudden movements in tight spaces. He is a very high motor player that quickly redirects and can lockout and play stout when setting the edge. Heading into the 2026 season, he will also be one of the top offensive weapons across Idaho and should gather plenty of D3+ interest/offers down the stretch.     Barrett is one of the top returning players overall across the state of Idaho and checks a lot of boxes from the receiver position. He can play on the outside or in the slot and can stretch the field and gets over the top of safeties with ease with strong hands/tracking abilities. He chunks yardage off the ball with long strides and is physical off the line against press coverage and can run a variety of different routes inside or outside the hashes. After the catch he is tough to take down and is a strong runner with contact balance and some short area wiggle and is a very fluid mover for his size with the ideal frame/length for the FCS+ level in college. Barrett should draw plenty of Big Sky attention heading through his senior year, and is going to be a quality get for a college program.     Kendall is a physical and bruising runner that is tough to take down once he gets going and runs behind his pads with leg drive through tacklers and looks for contact in the hole. He runs with good leverage and has some short area wiggle to make defender miss and stays patient behind his blocks before hitting his second level gear. Kendall is fluid for his size and can gain the tough yards inside while also showing he can bounce it out if needed and runs through arm and ankle tackles in the open field. Heading into his Senior season, he is another name that should enter into our updated rankings and is inline for a huge senior season for Moscow.     Petersen is one of the more active inside linebackers across Idaho, and a no-bainer candidate to enter into our next rankings update. He does a nice job navigating through traffic downhill on his way into the backfield and is a sure tackler that packs a punch at the POA. He shows he can shock and shed quickly in the hole, change direction/has fluid hips in coverage and can turn and run if needed. His ability to consistently make plays behind the line and sniff out screens/draws quickly along with his playmaking abilities outside the tackles makes him a balanced product that should draw plenty of next level attention.     Crowell comes from the 8-man ranks in Idaho and is the reigning Defensive Player of the year and should fit nicely as a defensive tackle at the next level. He is strong at the POA, has a quick first step and good initial inside punch while able to re-direct behind the line and quickly knife into the backfield. He shows he is stout against the run and can quickly reset the LOS while eating up double teams/drive blocks without losing ground. Still developing as a true technician, he has the ideal size and initial tools for the D3+ level in college and should draw plenty of next level attention through this off-season and into his Senior year for Council.
