Wrapping up our 2026 rankings I wanted to cover a few quarterbacks who deserve opportunities at the next level. Thanks to their play on the field each one listed below has earned an offer:

John Champe's long time starter and school record holder [player_tooltip player_id='853823' first='Dominic' last='Plush'] has a cannon of an arm. He can fire a great deep ball and stand tall in the pocket, Plush was an All region selection this past fall. Plush is also 6'2 and can move well on the run, he would fit nicely in a number of Ivy league schools in my opinion. A 3.97 GPA and over 1200 in his SATS not sure why he doesnt have much interest, at least publicly anyhow. The kid is a baller who threw for 53 touchdowns in his career with a 67 % completion rate.

Two weeks ago Westfield's all star qb [player_tooltip player_id='1297938' first='Ryan' last='Carlson'] picked up his first offer from Fairmont State who seems to be eyeing a number of Northern Virginia prospects. Watching him a couple different times this season, Carlson was a poised leader who lead the Bulldogs on a deep playoff run. He stands tall in the pocket at 6'4 and loves to get all of his playmakers involved. Throwing for 19 touchdowns in his final year for Coach Vossler, Carlson should be playing in the Division 2 level or higher next fall.

I have written numerous times on [player_tooltip player_id='1298213' first='Scott' last='Lewis']'s' ascension over the past two seasons so I wont bore you details just know that he is a gamer! The All region selection too just got his first collegiate offer from Fairmont State and he will be highly sought after from more schools coming soon. [player_tooltip player_id='1298213' first='Scott' last='Lewis'] is the type of player you want late in the 4th quarter cause he will make plays to win. He has an incredible clutch gene which he demonstrated in West Springfield last second comeback win over Lake Braddock. More of a running quarterback Lewis is a pain to tackle in the open field and his completion percentage is only getting better.

[player_tooltip player_id='1297904' first='Austin' last='Mawyer'] for about 2 seasons has quietly ripped through numerous defenses since taking over at St. Michaels. His senior season saw him throw for 11 touchdowns and earn him All state honors for the third season in a row. Despite missing a couple games this fall due to injuries he lead the VISAA in passing yards, the young man is a gamer.

Colgan's George Hall improved each season under center for the Sharks and was a few decimal points of leading the Sharks to the playoffs. Hall's accuracy and range got better each season since he took over right before his sophomore campaign in 2023. More of a pocket passer with sneaky speed, Hall threw for 28 touchdowns in 2025! Playing in a tough Cardinal District he was responsible for their comeback win over Brooke Point and their statement win over Osbourn. While his time at Colgan has come to an end, I assure you he will be playing at the next level very soon.

My dude [player_tooltip player_id='853095' first='Troy' last='Hamlin'] has been a steady presences for the Gar Field Red wolves the past three seasons. He lead the Red Wolves in back to back playoff appearances and has steadily improved his accuracy. Hamlin has always been a team first guy whether it was sharing qb duties two years ago or stepping in as the team's punter when they needed him this past fall. He is elusive under center and can throw very well on the run. Not sure what coaches are waiting on but [player_tooltip player_id='853095' first='Troy' last='Hamlin'] has shown more than enough versatility.

[player_tooltip player_id='853949' first='Caleb' last='Tucker'] only had 1 year as a team's full time start and he sure made the most of it and then some. Tucker was surgical with the football throwing for 52 touchdown passes and earning All State Honors! Not much of an argument that he wasn't the offensive player of the year in the Commonwealth, [player_tooltip player_id='853949' first='Caleb' last='Tucker'] went out on a high note. The All region selection lead Woodbridge to another Cardinal District title, he was outstanding.

Brimhall lead the Eagles to another district title and was a couple plays away from Colonial Forge capturing regional gold. While it may have been disappointing to Colonial Forge fans to see them come up short, you cannot blame it on the production of [player_tooltip player_id='853812' first='Brock' last='Brimhall']. A long time starter who through for 34 touchdowns as a senior, he can play at the division 2 level without a doubt. So far he appears to have offers from Chowan and more recently West Virginia State, would anticipate more coming soon.
