He rushed for two touchdowns during the game. Each touchdown run showcased his vision and ability to evade defenders. Then he also had an interception that he turned into a touchdown. His ability to read the pass and intercept it was impressive. Playing in the state title game, he put on a show. He rushed for 301 yards on 37 carries. His ability to find rushing lanes and utilize his quickness and burst to get through them is impressive. Steckert has had one of those special careers from running backs as he has been able to run the ball at a high level throughout his career.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Huge shout-out to the entire offensive line of Southern Lehigh. When you have your talkback rush for 301 yards in the State Title game, they deserve a shout-out. So, the starting offensive line of [player_tooltip player_id='1352754' first='Carter' last='Giberson'], Gabe Bogert, Lucas Sutyak, Cody Wesner, and Dyan Gretz all deserve some love. Giberson is committed to playing football at Albany. He has a chance to be a difference maker in college. His ability to make defenders miss is special. When you add that to his speed, you have the ingredients of a good running back. In Southern Columbia's 15th state title-winning game, Garcia rushed for 3 touchdowns. The 1st rushing touchdown was 32 yards. The 2nd was for 25 yards. On both plays, you see his vision, burst, and speed. Playing in his last game and winning a state title, Andrews stood out as a runner. He had a good career as a running back at Southern Columbia. He threw 3 touchdown passes and over 200 yards as he was the best player on the field for Roman Catholic. Plus he rushed for a touchdown.
