The Mt. Hood Conference once again proved to be one of the most competitive leagues in the state, producing multiple playoff-caliber teams and playing a significant role in the 6A postseason picture. Nelson claimed the league title after a decisive Week 8 win over Central Catholic and earned the No. 2 seed in the state playoffs, while Central Catholic followed closely behind and ultimately represented the conference in the 6A state championship game. Sandy remained a tough out all season and made a strong Columbia Cup run, while Clackamas battled through a challenging schedule and reached the semifinals of the Cup. From top to bottom, the Mt. Hood Conference showcased physical line play, explosive skill talent, and high-level coaching, making its All-Conference First Team a reflection of one of Oregon's deepest leagues.

First Team All-Mt. With Nelson capturing the league title and Central Catholic representing the conference in the 6A state championship game, the league's strength was evident deep into the postseason. From explosive offensive playmakers to dominant trench players and instinctive defenders, the Mt. Hood Conference First Team reflects a group that consistently competed at a high level and helped define the 2025 6A season.
