About Gracyn

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a true two‑way impact player. Offensively, I play fast and explosive — I use my speed to separate from defenders and my strong hands to finish difficult catches. Defensively, I’m a smart, instinctive linebacker who reads the offense well and closes with confidence to make tackles. I compete with full effort every rep and take pride in being a player coaches can trust anywhere on the field.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m an athletic, hard‑working competitor who puts in the effort both on and off the field. I’m always doing something to make myself better, and my Christian faith shapes the way I live, train, and treat the people around me. I value a strong team culture and believe success comes from everyone buying in. I’m driven, coachable, and fully locked in at practice, always focused on improving.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved with my church. Last summer I traveled to Southern California to help out at vacation bible camp for kids. I am also involved with FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Key Club

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed strong leadership and teamwork skills as a leader on my high school football team. I make it a priority to encourage underclassmen to get in the weight room and train during the offseason, because I know improvement happens long before game day. Whenever my coach organizes training sessions or community service events, I show up and help however I can.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college where football is a top priority and where I can continue to grow as an athlete. A strong sense of community is also important to me — I want to be part of a campus that’s involved, supportive, and connected both on and off the field. I’m still undecided on my major, but I know I want to work in the sports industry after college.

Another two-way force is Fitch, a junior linebacker and receiver with explosive athleticism. He led the team in receiving last year with 349 yards and seven touchdowns, and also tied for the conference lead in sacks (nine), while racking up 78 total tackles and 10 tackles for loss. He’s a threat in the return game too, taking a punt to the house in 2023. “He’s a big playmaker who’s added 20 pounds this offseason and has improved his speed and strength tremendously,” Dill said. Fitch is poised to break out even further this fall.
