Smoot has had a highly impactful sophomore season for the Eagles with 10 touchdowns, he is our 6th ranked overall prospect in the 2028 class. He is still growing and already has a long reach and ball skills that remind you of his father's playing days. Over the past week and a half Syracuse, West Virginia and James Madison have come calling for the 106th ranked prospect. Hicks is having a marvelous junior season for the Lancers with 10 touchdown receptions. A three year starter for Washington-Liberty the big man has shown he can play both guard or tackle at the next level. Giving a great breakdown of each player, no one stood out more to him in my opinion than new 2028 prospect [player_tooltip player_id='1695824' first='Enzo' last='Wang']. Only a sophomore his pass blocking makes him look like an SEC/Big Ten type of lineman already. He knows how to recognize stunts and blitzes very crafty/smart football player. Was not surprised to see a ton of Power 4 schools interested in him and Virginia Tech was the first to offer him late last week! He is having an excellent senior season and looks poised to play as a freshman.
