About Christopher

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I have beautiful pass pro. No one gets through without paying the price. No sacks allowed. On the Run they would run the ball to my side because I could move the edge and create that good hole for my RB to go through

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I don’t like talking trash because there’s a saying my coach says “little dogs bark because that all they can do. But big dawgs don’t bark and are silent and play with their prey -Diloreto”. Also I think having a bullet proof mind helps you focus up and not letting what other people say. And I believe and trust in God.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I do shotput and I’m getting better at it. I also meet with teachers after school to help me in subjects I’m struggling in and try my best to learn.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve learned discipline the hard way. I’ve been blessed by having seniors guide me through my sophomore and junior season. I’ve learned a lot from those guys and will plan to use it with my teammates.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I’ve been a little immature and caused my head coach to discipline me by not playing me and I’ve let my problems outside of football get the best of me. Now I’ve rebuilt my relationship with my head coach and I’m thankful for that because it’s made me a better player and better student.

What type of college are you looking for?

A division 1 school would be amazing. But if things don’t turn how I would’ve liked them to be I’ll see what I’ll choose.

Love to see long time starter Christopher Gonzales get some recognition for his play. A three year starter for Washington-Liberty the big man has shown he can play both guard or tackle at the next level. He is a big and powerful at 6’4 and 310 lbs., he just picked up an offer from Livingstone College and a number of other division 2 schools will most likely be following their lead.

Speaking of which Christopher Gonzales Ferrufino Christopher Gonzales Ferrufino Christopher Gonzales Ferrufino 6'4" | 310 lbs | OL Washington-Liberty | 2026 State VA returns for Washington-Liberty as well and he was very good from his tackle spot in 2024. I told you about this young man a couple weeks ago when the playoffs began and it holds up now. Ferrufino is 6’4 and north of 310 lbs., he really can be dominant as his progresses this off-season. Would like to see him work on his footwork a bit cause when he engages a defender they don’t stand much of a chance. The Generals return three starters on their already talented offensive line for 2025, and all three have chances to play at the next level.

If you haven’t realized by my many pro-linemen articles that I was previously a high school center than I do not know what to tell you. Anyhow Washington-Liberty perfect season unfortunately ended last weekend, but they have a very bright future including junior Christopher Gonzales Ferrufino Christopher Gonzales Ferrufino Christopher Gonzales Ferrufino 6'4" | 310 lbs | OL Washington-Liberty | 2026 State VA . The big man did not allow 1 sack all fall even going against the Warhawks talented defensive line, he did not give in. His pass protection is on point and at 6’4 and 310 lbs, I would expect he nabs a few offers before his senior season.
