A lot has changed since the last rankings update. After a prospect's sophomore season, we usually have an OK idea of where they're going to end up when it comes to recruiting. During a prospect's junior season, a lot of players rise, a lot fall, and some remain the same. I'm finished with most of the upcoming update (top 170), and have a great idea of who the most prominent risers are going to be. Here are five prospects who will almost certainly make a jump.

I said it a short while ago- Dewey is my #1 class of 2027 lineman by a good margin. He checks nearly every box I look for in an offensive lineman.

Size ✔
Length ✔
Footwork ✔
Strength ✔
Tenacity ✔
Intangebles ✔
(and more)

While many other offensive linemen check most of those boxes, only Dewey checks all of them. Watch his film if you want to see what an elite offensive line prospect looks like. Expect Dewey to be ranked firmly in the Top 5 come next update.

Last update, I ranked Myles at #81 after a super promising showing at the Wayne State Mega Camp. I only watched a couple of reps, but it was enough to greatly impress me.

This season, he's proven to be far better than my conservative #81 estimate. Heck, Myles has made a great case for being the #1 DE in the class.

The two most obvious things that make Myles stand out are length and bend. Myles has elite measurables and can nearly touch his shoulder to the ground while still staying balanced. Additionally, he's athletic, explosive, and most see grand upside. Still a considerable amount to improve, but the upside is nearly unmatched.

I mentioned Will earlier in the season, a little while after he earned an offer from Central Michigan. My prior evaluation still stands with regards to why Will is earning a big rankings boost next week.

Rarely does effort truly stand out to me at the receiver position. Honestly, most receivers take several plays off, especially when they know the ball likely won't come their way. Will is one of the very few receivers who never takes a play off. RB breaks a big run? Will is going to be downfield working on a block. Running a route where he knows he's unlikely to be targeted? Still gives full effort.

Plus, Will has improved his abilities with the ball. The effort shows up with better contact balance, in addition to improved speed. If Will is able to make this kind of jump in a year, I could only imagine what a few years in college will do.

Joey was one of my most prominent offensive line standouts of the season. Then, I realized I ranked him #206 overall last update.

The effort stood out to me in a huge way. He was never afraid to get up in a defender's face and drive him several yards backwards. Joey consistently blocked through the whistle and showed good leadership at times, too. There are some things to clean up when it comes to footwork and punch. Though I think there's a ton to love about Joey's game, and I'd be surprised if colleges didn't like him this offseason.

A defensive lineman who I see a lot of potential in. There are flashes in Lucas' tape that I love. I feel that be plays his best football when allowed to rush off the edge in a passing situation. His best pass-rushing reps showcase a near-elite first step and good quickness upfield. There are plenty of moments where he's able to cover ground quickly, and I know he's strong enough to anchor himself down.

I still feel Lucas is raw in some areas, but I also love his upside. Because of that upside and those flashes this season, Lucas is likely to move up in the rankings.
