As the season winds down and we've had more chances to see more film and evaluate more players we have more players to add to our rankings. Today I'm writing about 6 new additions to the 2027 rankings update who hail from Southwest Ohio. So, let's go ahead and take a look at those players.

Lawhon has had an excellent junior season for the Wildcats. He leads the Southwest Ohio conference in passing with 1,778 passing yards and 22 touchdowns. He's a quarterback who's a ball distributor. He does a great job of finding the open man and getting him the ball. Brady does a really good job of executing the play action passing game. He holds out his fakes well and then getting his eyes downfield quickly to find his receivers. He can also hurt defenses with his legs as he's ran for 643 yards and 10 rushing td's on the season. Lawhon and Harrison face a big test tomorrow night versus a super talented Trotwood Madison defense.

Clary's main positions is Mike linebacker, but you'll also see him line up along the defensive line for CHCA. Owen plays the game on a downhill slant. He's always moving forward and playing with good pad level. He's in the top 5 in the Miami Valley Conference in both tackles (126) and sacks (9). Whether it's blitzing or diagnosing he does a good job of getting through the was to make plays. CHCA is still alive in the OHSAA playoffs. They will meet Valley View tomorrow night in round 3 of the Division 4.

Williams is a two-way player at Chillicothe. He plays wide receiver on offense and cornerback on defense. I really like him on the defensive side of the ball. At 6'2 he has the length to make plays on the ball. Off the snap he has quiet feet and loose hips. He shows the ability to make explosive breaks. He's patient and technically sound in his coverage. He can also lower his shoulder and lower a boom to separate the ball from the receiver. His explosive ness is also evident as a track athlete who is a 6'6 high jumper. If Karter can continue to add good weight and get stronger, I could see him start to get interest at the D2-D1 levels.

Noble is a really impressive long snapper for Kings. He gets as impressive spin and velocity on his snaps as you will see. The ball placement is right at the numbers. In coverage Noble is good out of his stance and a fluid runner with solid speed who can get down field to make the tackle or pressure the returner. He's a hard worker at perfecting his craft. Noble is getting P4 attention from Big Ten Schools like Purdue and Illinois.

Raye is a defensive back with great size. I really like him up on the line of scrimmage in press man where he can use his size, length, and strength to knock receivers off their routes. He matches up well with bigger receivers. He also has the athleticism to mirror and turn and run with smaller speed receivers.

Walker plays offensive guard for Oak Hills. He's a stout blocker in the pass game who has a good anchor. He moves his feet well laterally to mirror defenders. He has the athleticism to get out and pull in the run game. Playing in a conference like the Greater Miami Conference he's playing against a lot of talented defensive linemen to help hone his skills and help him show his wares against the best.
