Week 7: Indiana’s Standout Offensive Performances

He was unstoppable on Friday and just torched the defense drive after drive. He made some big throws with pressure in his face and then used his legs time and time again. He finished the night 27 of 37 for 345 yards and 4 TDs. He then added 241 yards and 2 more TDs on the ground. He's got a tall frame that allows him to see the entire field, and he was dealing. I've seen him work in person a few times and always liked what I saw, but he hadn't been the starter yet. This year is year 1, and he's had his moments. Friday, he was on a mission. He ripped off big run after big run. He'd shoot through small gaps and come out the other side full speed. Warren Central could not tackle him, and he would make multiple defenders miss in a short area. The offense was hitting big plays, and Quillen was hitting guys in stride all night long. He's confident and looked good, even when things got chaotic. I like how he stood in there and kept slinging it no matter what. He finished the night going 30 of 46 for 429 yards and 6 TDs. He was efficient through the air and took the offense up and down the field. He took off and ran when he needed to as well.
