The quick, instinctive defender is one of the more consistent defenders in the region and is holding his own as a sophomore. The 6-foot-0 185-pounder has made 55 tackles and six TFLs with one sack and one forced fumble. He's active, dependable, and still has his best football way ahead of him. He strikes the ball-carrier and should add more muscle mass over the next two years. He may not be the biggest or fastest linebacker in the area, but he's a max-effort defender who runs well and knows how to make a secure tackle. He's made a big impact on the Wolverines defense this season as he's made 54 tackles, three TFLs, one INT and one forced fumble. He's playing better and better each week and has recorded 10+ tackles in three of his six games so far this season.
