<p>There were several prospects on the road to check out potential college options for their football career from a variety of cycles, including 2026 recruits taking official visits all the way to 2029 prospects beginning to go through the visit process.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">WISCONSIN HOSTS 2026 DEFENSIVE LINEMAN FOR OFFICIAL VISIT</h2>

<p>South Gibson senior defensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='889227' first='Yahya' last='Gaad'] has certainly had an interesting recruitment to this point with a lost of twists and turns, with the latest being the firing of the head coach at UCLA, which led to him opening his recruitment where programs such as Wisconsin and Vanderbilt have made pushes to land his talents.<br><br>This weekend he took his official visit to Madison, Wisconsin to check out the program who has been recruiting him very hard lately, but took in a 37-0 loss to Iowa.</p>

<p>Tennessee being the state university and all hosted a good amount of in-state recruits today as they picked up the essential win over the visiting Arkansas Razorbacks.</p>

<p>The most notable visitor was Baylor 2027 running back David Gabriel Georges who has blossomed into one of the best overall recruits in his class regardless of position or state. He has continued to build on his hot start to the season and absolutely made a state in a game against his primary rival McCallie, dominating for the large part of the game where his team took home the victory.</p>

<p>Tennessee Volunteers 2027 linebacker commit JP Peace was in attendance for the game and fellow native and South Florida 2026 defensive tackle commit [player_tooltip player_id='1154536' first='Iverson' last='Garcia'] was slated to be in attendance. Edge rusher/outside linebacker [player_tooltip player_id='1310642' first='Antwan' last='Jackson'] was also in attendance.</p>

<p>Antioch 2027 quarterback has been record breaking this season and has quite clearly taken the next step in his development, which will be very attractive to college programs as they work to find their QB target of the class to build around.<br><br>He has received a handful of new interest lately in addition to his long-standing interest from programs such as Colorado and Vanderbilt.</p>

<p>One of those programs is Cincinnati and he was slated to check out their explosive offense in-person for himself today. He is also looking to make a visit to Tennessee to experience a game at some point this season.</p>

<p>Missouri had a historic game today with a ranked matchup at home against Alabama and they hosted a large number of recruits to take in the atmosphere of a game such as this as one would expect.</p>

<p>That included Westview 2027 running back [player_tooltip player_id='1103496' first='Asa' last='Barnes'], who has continued to get better as a strong, downhill runner in a very explosive offense that could lead the team to a state title. He has interest from several other Power Four programs as well.</p>

<p>Knoxville Catholic 2028 safety [player_tooltip player_id='1031949' first='Brooks' last='Johnston'] has really broken out this season and is quickly turning into one of the best underclassman prospects in the entire state. He was at Auburn tonight as they hosted Georgia in a rivalry game which created a great atmosphere to have potential targets in, especially a recruit like Johnston who has an intriguing and unique connection to the school.</p>

<p>A pair of 2029 standout receivers also took visits this week and it paid dividends as each added an offer as a result of the visit.</p>
