We made a call of the hogs in the 2027 class as we look at a chunk of 2027 offensive linemen throughout the Dakotas that is rising the bar with their junior tapes and starting to get interest from D1 and the D2 levels.
You can assure that with the tape that Grayson has put up thus far this year in his junior season, that this young man will be in our top-tier amongst offensive line in our 2027 ND rankings. The now 6'4 250 pounder. The athleticism peaks early for Grayson on tape, as any college coach should be intrigued by the depth this kid gets in his stance which leads to a balanced pad-level and enticing hands that's well-versed in pass pro. Grayson's also gotten quicker as the season's come along with the a quicker release of his hands which can be also said about his footwork. He just got off a visit to NDSU last week, and surely I love that fit for Grayson at the D1 level.

I have to say, West Fargo boosts some intriguing 2027s hog mollies thus far as [player_tooltip player_id='1625482' first='Ethyn' last='Bye'] is another one that catches my attention from the Packers. The 6'3 255 pounder is a bruiser you don't want to meet at the point of attack that has great strength and control that gets into the second level. When he fires his footwork out of his stance, he fires with what has to be close to 100% power because of the damage you see on his second clip last week, pounding the defensive end into the turf. He'll be another one that you will see up our 2027 rankings, as the junior tape has been intriguing.

We head west to Bismarck for our next hog molly to know in the 2027 class, which is [player_tooltip player_id='1319959' first='Kwanee' last='Packineau'] from Shiloh Christian. Kwanee is one that intrigues me from an upside perspective, as his midseason tape show off the growth he's made even from last summer and still has more to develop. He's gotten better in his junior season with his hand placement and still has growth to give his hands more aggression as the handful of clips I watched, he has the defender off-balanced enough to acquire more finish. The 6'1 240 pounder is another one in this bunch I would like to see at our PRZ Dakotas Showcase this December to get a deeper live eval.

If you are looking for size in the offensive trenches, might need to make a trip to Devils Lake as [player_tooltip player_id='1314674' first='Casey' last='Brown'] is one of a couple that caught our attention this week. The now 6'5 260 pounder is a constant second level-driver that has upside with his footwork still has growth, but is more balanced in his junior season. Casey is one that I feel has positon flexibility in the trenches at the next-level as I could see him as a pulling-guard at the next-level. He's another North Dakota target that I hope to see the growth from our last Dakotas Showcase to our December one.

There is a reason why we had Tayden on our Preseason first team All-State Team, as the 2027 from Sturgis Brown has had a stellar junior season. His hand placement and finish on every rep tell the story especially in pass-protection as Tayden has the aggression you want in your hands and seems to be a persistent driver into the second level with well-versed technique as well. It's easy to see why local D2s are already intigued by this young man and certainly more should get on his radar as he has an ideal frame to grow out from an upside perspective.

Easton is a tape you won't want to miss from Week 4-6 as the first clip should quickly catch OL coaches attention as a pulling guard that gets downhill into the second level and wins with leverage. The now 6'0 245 pounder plays miles above his measurables and you can tell Easton has taken up some notches with his foot speed and agility from a season ago. He seems to keep growing every time I peak at his tape, which is a good sign for this 2027 that scholarship level programs should have on their board.

Charles is another 2027 hog molly out of Dell Rapids that pumps his pad-level and aggression quickly on his midseason tape. He's another pulling guard that you don't want to meet at the second level as college coaches should love the finish this young man has on a persistent basis. He also shows that he can gather up his punch quickly as a 6'1 250 pounder that is elevating his stock in his junior season for the Quarriers. Another target that I have a scholarship grade on in this class.
