Ideally, a college coaching staff works with him to trust his length more and keep his head up to see where he needs to land the block.<br><br>Being the son of a prominent collegiate and now NFL offensive line coach, it is clear he has the intangibles such as length, foot speed, athleticism. This creates a solid baseline for coaches at the next level to build upon.
