A quarterback we've been writing about for a long time now, Cypher is already one of the top prospects in Georgia for the 2029 class and is showing why early in his freshman season. Playing for one of the state's best programs, Cypher has been impressive, leading the team with 565 yards and five touchdowns through his first three games. He's quick, mobile, and delivers the ball accurately. He sure doesn't play like a freshman and will continue to improve more and more as the season progresses. Look for major offers to come his way sooner than later. He's currently ranked as the No. 4 overall prospect in the state.

A playmaking quarterback on the rise in North Georgia, Baxter is a mobile, athletic quarterback with a natural feel for the position. He throws well on the run, can make plays outside of the pocket, and plays more like a veteran than a typical freshman. Through his first three games, Baxter threw for 635 yards and six touchdowns. He shows accuracy down the field, the ability to escape pressure, and natural arm talent. He's one of the top young quarterbacks in the state and is having a terrific first season to start his career. He's currently ranked as the No. 23 overall prospect in Georgia for the 2029 class.

A dynamic dual-threat quarterback in Middle Georgia, Wiggins is a strong athlete with a lean 6-foot-1 170-pound frame. He can move, throw on the run, and shows impressive ball placement. He has one of the better arms in the region and has made this year that you rarely see for someone his age. He's a playmaker who has thrown for 472 yards and seven touchdowns through his first three games while rushing for 75 more yards and one more score. He should see a big jump in the next Prep Redzone rankings and see some major Power Four offers come his way down the road.

One of the top 2029 quarterbacks in the state right now, Parson is one of the leading passers in his class through the first two weeks of his career. He's a big kid with natural arm talent with poise in the pocket and enough strength to push the ball efficiently down the field. He can use his legs to take off and run but has already shown he can make big throws. Through the first two games of his freshman season, Parson threw for 377 yards and six touchdowns. Parson lit up a strong Cedartown team in week one before impressive in a losing to a powerhouse Cartersville team. Look for Parson to make a giant leap up in the next 2029 Prep Redzone rankings.

Another dual-threat quarterback to keep a close eye on moving forward, Mingle may not be lighting up the stat sheet right now, but his talent and potential is easy to see. He's played a lot as a freshman and his athleticism is off the charts. He moves at a different level and has a chance to be one of the better small-town quarterbacks across the state if he keeps improving as a passer and continues adding weight. He shows promising arm talent and has thrown for 220 yards and two touchdowns through his first two games. He'll be an easy addition to the next 2029 Prep Redzone rankings this winter.
