An elite running back in Columbus with 5-star potential, Watts is a do-it-all back for Carver High School last year and showed that he can score from anywhere on the field. The speedy, tackle-breaking freshmen also excelled on special teams and lit up the stat sheet last year, rushing for over 1000 yards and 17 touchdowns on the ground while being a major weapon in the return game. He also ran for 100 yards in five different games and averaged an eye-opening 9.6 yards per carry. After his fantastic freshman season, Watts continues to be ranked by Prep Redzone zone as the No.1 running back in the state for his class. He'll also likely be one of the top running back prospects across the country in the 2029 class.

A physically gifted freshman running back outside of Atlanta at Newton High School, [player_tooltip player_id='1307309' first='Karter' last='Lumpkin'] showed a lot of promise and potential last year as he ran through defenders with ease at 5-foot-11 and 190 pounds. He runs with power, authority, and helped carry the load for a fantastic Newton rushing attack last year. In reserve role, Lumpkin showed why he's an easy Power Four running back prospect due to his impressive vision and ability to power his way through would-be tackles. He's tough to stop and has his best football way ahead of him. Lumpkin has earned recent offers from Penn State. Wisconsin, Auburn, Indiana, among others. He's currently ranked as the number 2 running back in Georgia for the 2029 class, bound for a really strong sophomore season next fall.

A promising running back for the mighty Milton Eagles, Mark Johnson is a tough, physical back on the rise who knows how to pick up yards after first contact. He does a great job of keeping his legs moving and picking up tough yards at the end of runs. He has the potential to be the next great Milton running back and should see opportunities to make big plays at the varsity level next fall as a sophomore. His potential and talent is easy to see so don't be surprised if he has a really strong 2026 season. He's ranked as the number 3 running back in the state by Prep Redzone.

A talented young back on the rise bound for a really strong sophomore season next fall, McClendon is a gifted athlete with good size already for his age at 6-foot-0 200-pounds. Bigger than your typical freshman back, McClendon also shows a strong work ethic in the weight room and on the practice field. He shows quick feet and initial burst that should allow him to make a big impact in the Cartersville rushing attack next season. He ran for 152 yards last season on just 24 carries but should see that workload increase in 2026. He's ranked by Prep Redzone as the No. 4 RB prospect in the state for his class.

One of the top young running backs in Savannah, [player_tooltip player_id='1662083' first='Wesley' last='Dinkins'] is a crafty, shifty running back with good burst and vision for his age. At 5'8, 180 pounds, Dinkins is fresh off a really productive freshman season where he rushed for 756 yards in just 8 games, averaging 5.6 yards a carry. He was a 1st-Team All-Region selection and one of the most productive freshman running backs across the state last year. He brings easy D1-caliber talent and could see his recruitment really take off with a big sophomore season in 2026. He's now ranked by Prep RedZone as the No. 5 running back prospect in the 2029 class.
