26.[player_tooltip player_id='995881' first='JT' last='Williams'] 6-0 165 RB Lincoln

Williams played some varsity ball as a freshman, averaging 12 yards per carry in limited action. The future is bright as he is an outstanding hooper with D1 potential in both sports.

27.[player_tooltip player_id='985352' first='Briytan' last='Bailey'] 5-8 170 ATH Mount Tahoma

Bailey had one of the most impressive freshman seasons of any player in WA, totaling 850 all-purpose yards and 4 TDs with 57 tackles and an INT on D. He followed that up nicely on the camp circuit earning underclassmen MVP honors at a major showcase.

28.[player_tooltip player_id='1339204' first='Brayden' last='Seiber'] 6-2 185 Safety/WR Kennedy Catholic

One of the region's best baseball players will have options on the football field if he wants to pursue multiple sports collegiately. Seiber will project as one of WA's top dual threats accounting for 11 receptions with close to 200 total yards, along with 8 tackles and a INT.

29.[player_tooltip player_id='1615830' first='Cooper' last='Cissne'] 5-8 165 CB/ATH Chiawana

It's extremely rare for any freshman to earn 1st team all-conference honors at the 4A level, but Cissne did just that. Chiawana lost in triple overtime to state champ Sumner in the semifinals.

30.[player_tooltip player_id='985350' first='Uzyah' last='Thomas'] 6-3 270 DL Lincoln

The big man had a solid freshman season with Lincoln featuring a host of young talent on the offensive and defensive front. Thomas made 13 tackles on the year and possesses impressive versatility.

31.[player_tooltip player_id='1339295' first='Chance' last='Hatchett'] 6-0 220 LB Ferndale

From a projection standpoint a lot will depend on continued growth. Everyone is aware of the talent within the family. Hatchett had a good season playing varsity ball as a freshman.

32.[player_tooltip player_id='984858' first='Antoine' last='Williams Jr']. 6-5 200 QB Decatur

Williams could write his own ticket with continued progression. The 6-5 QB earned MVP honors at the National Preps Showcase over the off season with some elite players in attendance.

33.[player_tooltip player_id='984903' first='Calvin' last='Middendorf'] 6-2 270 G Lake Stevens

The power lifter will be one of the best O lineman in the state in the years ahead. He will definitely project on the interior with size being the only question.

34.[player_tooltip player_id='584953' first='Kanai' last='Kennedy'] 5-9 165 ATH Mount Tahoma

Kennedy went down with an injury for the season before the start of his freshman year. He has top 15-20 potential and will rank as one of Washington's top overall athletes.

35.[player_tooltip player_id='1570251' first='Draven' last='Butler'] 6-1 175 WR Mount Spokane

Butler did well on the 7v7 circuit and could be a Greater Spokane League All Conference WR as early as next season. It wouldn't be a surprise to see him jump up the rankings board quickly.

36.[player_tooltip player_id='1615861' first='Sawyer' last='Hayes'] 6-0 195 QB Gig Harbor

Hayes started as a freshman and passed for 15 TDs. He had an unreal performance against Peninsula in the Fishbowl, helping his team get the comeback win. Sawyer is a true dual threat QB and could be a top 20 prospect.

37.[player_tooltip player_id='984904' first='EJ' last='Tonga'] 6-1 175 ATH Union

Tonga started at WR for Union as a freshman and has continued to add size over the off season. He was one of the only freshman to play in Les Schwab Bowl and will be a featured athlete for Coach Pyne.

38.[player_tooltip player_id='987105' first='Zion' last='Ulugalu'] 6-1 280 DL Lincoln

Ulugalu is a beast on the interior and moves incredibly well for an athlete with his size. I would expect him to get in the mix and be one of the best lineman in the conference as a sophomore.

39.[player_tooltip player_id='1338121' first='Townsyn' last='Walsh'] 6-0 185 DB North Kitsap

It's rare for any freshman to earn all conference honors and Walsh did just that. The 2nd team all league Safety could be in POY conversation in the Olympic as early as this year.

40.[player_tooltip player_id='1616383' first='Taumaoe' last='Misikei Tusi'] 6-1 320 DL Lincoln

Look for Tusi to contribute on both sides of the football for the Abes this season. He has elite strength and quickness you wouldn't necessarily expect to see. The big man also plays baseball.

41.[player_tooltip player_id='1339354' first='Jonah' last='Kapesi'] 6-2 250 DT Rainier Beach

Kapesi played varsity ball as a freshman and will be expected to have a big year up front on the line. Beach returns two of the best young lineman in the conference with him and [player_tooltip player_id='1615683' first='Anthony' last='Dunston JR'].

42.[player_tooltip player_id='990071' first='Lincoln' last='Brien'] 6-2 185 LB Lake Stevens

Also a talented basketball player Brien could be an all conference guy as a sophomore at OLB. He was dominant as a youth athlete and that should translate playing for the traditional state power.

43.[player_tooltip player_id='984864' first='Jordan' last='Meas'] 5-11 175 QB Eastside Catholic

One of the best QBs in the state. Meas doesn't necessarily have prototypical size but he's a winner and will have EC in the title hunt.

44.[player_tooltip player_id='984861' first='Brennan' last='Abbott'] 6-1 165 QB Sumner

Abbott has a stock which continues to rise. He has done well over the off season and on the 7v7 circuit for HEIR and Reggie Jones. He will be next in line behind [player_tooltip player_id='726169' first='Nate' last='Donavan'] who led Sumner to the 4A title last year.

45.[player_tooltip player_id='985351' first='Carmelo' last='Madden'] 5-10 210 LB Bellevue

From a projection standpoint a lot depends on continued growth. Madden only knows one speed and more than looked the part as a freshman finishing with 63 tackles, 3 sacks, and 2 INTs.

46.[player_tooltip player_id='987104' first='Malcolm' last='Akuffo'] 5-9 225 RB Puyallup

Akuffo had some of the best freshman numbers anywhere for Emerald Ridge last season, carrying 123 times for 714 yards and 8 TDs (5.8 ypc). He makes the move to Puyallup where he will continue to deliver punishment out of the backfield.

47.[player_tooltip player_id='1530880' first='John' last='Rainey'] 6-0 190 WLB/S Moses Lake

Rainey probably deserves to be higher on this list after making 100+ tackles and earning 1st team all conference honors last season as a freshman. He will hopefully get out on the camp circuit next year.

48.[player_tooltip player_id='986705' first='Dreson' last='Jimerson'] 5-8 160 ATH Bellevue

The track star could fly up this list quickly. Jimerson has unquestioned D1 speed and ability, with some of his intangibles countering and outweighing his lack of size.

49.[player_tooltip player_id='1678422' first='Max' last='Gibson'] 6-2 175 WR Camas

Gibson is a big physical presence on the perimeter and should play a key role with Camas graduating numerous athletes from last years top ranked team. He could get in the mix as a sophomore.

50.[player_tooltip player_id='1338208' first='Marley' last='Malotumau'] 6-0 290 C/G Puyallup

Hands down one of the top lineman in the state. From a recruitment standpoint it comes down to size and where he projects. Regardless he will play a major role for a Puyallup program that should rank among 4A's best.
