Film Study: 2027 EDGE Rushers

He has good hands and can sit still in space. A short game pass threat and a down field threat is what [player_tooltip player_id='741083' first='Joshua' last='Simmons'] is. Gordon has a good IQ and solid hands allowing him to grasp onto players for tackles. He is a solid runner and can be used as lead blocker if needed. He mainly projects as an EDGE, where he displays good hands along with good pass disruption. After breaking through the line with his good pass rushing moves, he uses his big frame to create panic and force incompletions and bad throws. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Section Two star is a dominant athlete on both sides of the ball. He understands leverage and uses it at the POA. He showcased reps at Tackle, but TE might be a position the Orchard Park prospect can thrive at given his frame. He has good pass rushing moves and can reach the backfield and cause disruption with ease.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>He is one of the top defensive players in WNY and certainly poised to have a monster season in Section Six this year.
