In his first start as a quarterback, he threw for three touchdowns and ran for another to help LS beat Solanco in a wild 45-44 win. He has a great frame (6'3") and is a classic dual-threat quarterback for Lampeter-Strasburg. He helped them win a great game against Solanco in overtime. I expect Jones to maintain a high level of play this season. For his success against Solanco, he earns a helmet sticker from me.

Boas has battled injuries for years, as he had not yet gotten to start as a quarterback, until Friday night when he went out and started for Lancaster Catholic. He went out and threw 3 touchdown passes during the game. He showed poise and a good ability to throw accurate throws all night. He is a classic example of a team taking its best athlete and playing him as a quarterback. His ability to run the ball is special. He had 4 rushing touchdowns against Milton Hershey in the victory. That athletic ability and his size (6'2") should translate to the College level as a wide receiver or as a defensive back. He can also throw the ball, as he has solid mechanics in the pocket. There is no doubt about it, he is a fast, twitchy athlete in the 2026 class.

One of the touchdowns was for 91 yards, as Hardy showed his speed and ability to make defenders miss on that one play. He also played well as a defensive back. He had a key interception.
