- Over the last several months, Hampton has been one of the hottest offensive prospects on the recruiting trail and I expect his stock to continue to rise, especially after a recent transfer and his inclusion into a very talented offense. Transferring to Riverdale in the off-season, Hampton is set as the quarterback of the present and the future but it may take some time to get his footing as this season will be his first extensive action on the field. What the Warriors are getting with Hampton is a true pocket passer with excellent arm talent that can make all the throws. His game is almost similar to his former Ravenwood teammate in [player_tooltip player_id='402540' first='Femi' last='Babalola']. More development is needed but all the tools are there to continue seeing bigger and bigger college programs look his way and eventually extend an offer.

- It will be interesting to see if the Red Devils coaching staff puts the ball in his hands this Fall because Shelton is a talented passer with a bright future ahead of him. I have got to see plenty of this guy during the off-season and he's been impressive, showing arm talent that landed him an offer from Memphis. Shelton is a smooth passer with clean mechanics that does look to push the ball down field before considering taking off. He is a natural athlete but a pass first guy that has the frame/size to pack on more weight and develop his skill set much further. The Red Devils sophomore may have to sit a little bit before taking over but I see Shelton becoming the starting quarterback sooner than later, which may be sometime this Fall.

(RB) [player_tooltip player_id='1084814' first='Matthew' last='Rogers'] - Knox. Catholic

- This past off-season has been good to Rogers as he's taken full advantage of it and pushed his game to another level. The biggest thing that has stood out about his progression is his increased speed and quick feet that should be on full display in the Fall as the team's starting running back. Rogers is a bit undersized when it comes to his height but he more than makes up for it with his low running style and vision to find the open field. He is tough to corral as well. The Fighting Irish sophomore is strong, well built for his age with room to continue getting bigger and stronger. Rogers landed several offers over the past few months but could see his stock continue to rise with a productive sophomore year.

(WR) [player_tooltip player_id='1586170' first='Gabriel' last='Cabell'] - CPA

- We have two Cabell's running routes for the Lions this Fall with maybe the younger one being the better prospect when it's all said and done. This sophomore wideout is built like a linebacker but plays receiver due to his ability to run and make tough, contested catches. College coaches have already started to recognize his potential as Cabell has landed several big time offers with a lot of interest coming his way. This coming Fall season will be his first time out as a starter and should see a lot of targets as opposing teams will be keyed on slowing down his brother. I like the upside here with Cabell and his potential on the next level, so I expect bigger schools to get involved with this wideout as he continues to mature.

(WR) [player_tooltip player_id='1570535' first='Zayden' last='Williams'] - Oak Ridge

- The Wildcats are loaded with pass catchers for the 2025 season with Williams being the next up and comer that is filled with potential and the abilities to play on the D1 stage one day. This off-season has been good to Williams as he's developed his skill set much further from increasing his speed to adding more mass to his frame. The offers haven't started to arrive yet but the interest is there and will only increase as the next several months roll along. The Wildcats sophomore has great size too, sporting the potential to play on outside the hashes in college. He needs to enhance his agility and cutting but I like the skills already and see a talented pass catcher that is still coming into own.

(WR) [player_tooltip player_id='1687542' first='De'Aries' last='Holland'] - Whites Creek

- Holland is a fast riser that jumped onto the recruiting scene here in the past few months by landing several SEC offers and watching his film and game clips, you can see why big time programs are interested. The biggest factor behind his rise is due to his natural athletic abilities and speed into the open field. Holland is undersized but a big play guy that can short passes into long gains. His game and skill set fits well in the slot while also displaying some capabilities of becoming a future return guy. There is plenty to work on for this Nashville area prospect, like adding more mass and weight to his frame but the raw, athletic tools are certainly in-place to see his stock continue rising with more and more college interest.

(WR) [player_tooltip player_id='1678515' first='Nasir' last='Hammond'] - Kirby

- The offers and overall interest may not be there now but I foresee that changing in the future, especially after a strong off-season that put Hammond on my radar and a talent to follow over the coming years. As we got into late spring and into summer action, Hammond started to jump out at me watching his off-season clips where he showed some outstanding ball skills and ability to make adjustments, tough contested catches among solid coverage. He looks the part too, standing 6 '0 170 plus pounds with a frame to pack on more weight. Hammond is an impressive talent that I think will make a splash this Fall and start to establish himself as one of the better receiver prospects coming out of the greater Memphis area.

(TE) [player_tooltip player_id='1068717' first='Lucas' last='Cornwell'] - Smith Co.

- Only a sophomore but already sporting college size (6'6 220), Cornwell has gotten himself on the radar with a solid off-season campaign by displaying his ability to run and move in open space. The Owls tight end, part time defensive end, has outstanding athleticism and ball skills for a guy his size and he still has three years of high school ball remaining, which is a great thing when you think about his potential. Cornwell comes from a small town team that doesn't throw the ball too often but he has shown over the off-season months that he brings D1, possible Power Four capabilities to the playing field. I think you will see this Cornwell's stock explode over the next year and place himself as one of the top offensive prospects from the #TN2028 class.

(OL) [player_tooltip player_id='1181753' first='Makhi' last='Rodriguez'] - Blackman

- It takes some time for offensive linemen to really see their recruitment take off but one guy that has done a good job this off-season with his development and see interest come his way is Rodriguez. This sophomore big man has the girth and size that would appeal to collegiate coaches but also shown over the past few months the ability to move his feet and stay in front of pass rushers. The Blaze O-lineman (6'5 300) will probably handle tackle for his team but for the college game, I like his upside best on the interior at guard. Playing the left side is possible with continued enhancement with his agility. Rodriguez is a solid prospect that will get better with more field experience, which he should get this Fall as a full time starter.

(G/C) [player_tooltip player_id='1180940' first='Caleb' last='Langley'] - Lipscomb Academy

- Langley makes this list not because of a recruiting surge but more so about his off-season development and how he has positioned himself as a legit college prospect. This 6'3 interior blocker did some good work at adding in more mass and overall size while continuing to enhance his skill set. Langley is a technician that does all the small details correctly. He is also a good athlete that moves well laterally while using his hands properly to keep D-linemen in-check. Potential is there for Langley to handle all three interior O-line positions in college with his biggest upside possibly coming at center. It still make some time for college programs to get on board with this Nashville native but in time, Langley could position himself as one of the top interior O-line prospects from our #TN2028 class.
