McChesney has been showing out for camps all summer, and the UNC camp I attended was no different. He measures in at 6'2 260-pounds, playing interior line. Right off the bat, you see his very good strength. He uses his good initial quickness paired with a low pad level to gain the advantage over the DL. Very good hand placement and hand strength which allows him to control and steer the defender at will. He has very good foot quickness, using it to match the DL and lock them out. In pass protection, he demonstrates his very good anchor not getting pushed around. Very good balance and body control with very good flexibility and knee bend. He has good athletic ability to block out on the perimeter or in space. Very good pull blocking. I love seeing this kid play, keep an eye out for him !

Swedlund is currently the JV starter for Heritage and backup for Varsity. After standout QB [player_tooltip player_id='1366222' first='Jamison' last='Seese'] graduates, he will be taking the reins. Last season, the 6'4 205-pound QB threw for 2647 yards with 33 TDs and 2 INTs, with 561 yards and 17 TDs on the ground. He has good athletic ability due to good speed and acceleration. He consistently breaks tackles with his scramble ability, and punishes defenses with his big frame. Swedlund has a good over the top release, paired with very good throw power. He uses his big arm to make all the throws needed. Very good ball placement. He fits the ball in tight windows, or right above the WR so they can catch it. He has good throw on the run and very good accuracies at all 3 levels. Very good pocket mobility. He evades pressure and keeps his eyes downfield for a big gain. If everything is covered, he uses his good scramble ability to gain yards on the ground. Keep an eye out for Swedlund.

Bell is a tantalizing 2028 receiver. He measures in at 5'11 180 pounds. Last season, he accounted for 34 receptions for 470 yards and 5 touchdowns. Bell also shows off his smarts in the classroom boosting a 3.9 GPA. He has very good athletic ability due to very good change of direction, acceleration, speed, and good jumping. Bell utilizes his quick feet to gain the upper hand against DBs at the LOS. He has a very good release against press coverage, and off. Bell has good separation quickness due to his athletic ability and play strength. Fights through contact during the route. He has good ball tracking skills, and very good catching. Good body adjustment, and very good body control to stay in bounds on sideline catches. What makes Bell stand out is his ability to block. He leads the way for his RB and creates lanes on the outside. I'm very excited to see how he does next season.

Godshall measures in at 5'8 145 pounds and has a 4.0 GPA. This kid is a defensive Swiss army knife. Playing linebacker, safety, or slot corner, his versatility is insane. He had 75 total tackles (57 solo, 18 assisted), 10 TFL, 2 PD, and 2 FF. Very good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, speed, good change of direction, and jumping. Godshall is a very good block shedder, and is quick off the block. Good strength. Very good sideline to sideline range and very good reactionary speed. He follows his instincts and leads them to the ball carrier. Very good mental processing. Very good tackler to wrap up and neutralize the ball carrier. As a corner, he is sticky in man coverage with a good back pedal. He has very good closing quickness, utilizing his explosiveness and quick twitch. I had the pleasure of working with him this past spring with Mile High Prep. Great character and loves to be coached. This kid is a stud, and will continue to get better!

Gillespie is a rising star at the offensive tackle position for CT. Measures in at 6'2 275 pounds. Off the bat, he has very good strength, body control and good balance. Good initial quickness out of his stance and maintains a low pad level to out leverage the DL. Very good hand strength and placement. He overpowers the DL and moves them around with ease. He matches the footwork of the defensive lineman, and locks them out. He is a phenomenal run blocker, creating lanes for his RB. He has the athletic ability to run out in space and block on the perimeter too. In pass protection he excels. He has a good anchor and good knee bend + flexibility. Kanoa has very good competitive toughness, playing through the whistle. At the UNC camp, Kanoa showed off his skills winning reps against seniors and juniors. Gillespie is a fantastic young man with high character, who is consistently trying to learn and improve his game! He is a beast and a name to watch out for going forward.
