Payne retians the #1 spot!

I had to go with whom I knew best. I've seen Cameron play several times, both in-season and out-of-season. I know that Cameron has D1-level size, speed, vision, and is developing very well as a receiver. Cameron has some of the best vision, some of the best explosiveness, and some of the best contact balance in this class. He proved it against one of the best defenses in Michigan during the State Championship; Cameron is a home-run threat each and every play.

Still a high MAC evaluation for Cam. With an even better Junior season, he can reach that Power 4 category. He's close.

I'm extremely optimistic about [player_tooltip player_id='1615717' first='Trenton' last='Foley']'s Junior season.

He's he most highly-touted running back in this class when it comes to offers. Kentucky, Colorado State, Western Michigan, and Miami (OH) have all thrown their hat into the ring.

Trenton dominated a few games last season. In the games that he dominated, Trenton flashed his breakaway speed, subtle open-field elusiveness, and power. I particularly like his top speed, and his willingness to lower the shoulder and bulldoze someone.

For Foley to be ranked #1, I would love to see better vision, and all-around more consistent play. An in-person eval would clear up a lot of questions that I currently have!

Andrew places #3 in this elite Michigan RB group.

I beleive that Andrew has proven himself more than most on this list. We know about Andrew's breakaway speed, and we've seen his home-run hitting ability. Being in the OK-Red and facing the high-end run defenses helps a little bit, too.

On top of that, Andrew has traveled plenty of miles this offseason in pursuit of improving his game and earning more exposure. In that pursuit, Andrew was finally able to earn his first Division 1 offer from Toledo. If Andrew shows improvement this season, he could inch toward that #1 spot.

LJ is still a pretty underrated prospect from Mid-Michigan.

Interestingly, he's the only running back on this list (and one of the few ever) who I'd consider a receiving back first and foremost. LJ is currently built a little more like a running back than a slot receiver (strong lower-body, excels in short routes out of the backfield). Though he could also easily transition to being a slot receiver.

Like I said, LJ's routes are impressive. Explodes out of his break, little wasted movement, and developing hands + RAC. I am very bullish on LJ's development.

As I've said several times before, Jeramiah should be in for a massive Junior season.

He's a similar player to LJ. Similar size, good top speed, can explode through a hole, and isn't a stranger to the receiving game. It was a little lower sample size for Jeramiah last season simply due to the massive amount of weapons they already had. After a few key players graduated, Jeramiah should get an increased number of touches.

I'm expecting that same breakaway ability from Jeramiah this season. In addition, I'd love to see an upgrade in vision and contact balance. With reps, he will improve in these areas.

For whatever reason, people seem to sleep on Groves both as an overall team and as a talent developer.

Jeremiah is a massive sleeper in this class, and his tape proves it. For one, he's extremely versatile. Able to line up in the backfield, in the slot, or as a kick returner. When returning kicks, Jeremiah flashes solid speed and vision. I wouldn't call Jeremiah the most polished kick returner yet, but he has the upside.

Jeremiah's has some good highlights out of the backfield. The first thing that jumps out at me is his contact balance. Although he's one of he smaller athletes on the field, he's still able to consistently run through tackles attempted by much bigger players. Watch the play at 0:49 in his tape. Going against Seaholm (who I consider to be a pretty good tackling team), Jeremiah bounces off of 3 tackles on his way to the endzone. Add that to above-average speed + vision, and we've got ourselves a grear running back prospect.

Considering the RB talent that Groves graduated this past year (Two D1 prospects), I imagine Jeremiah will earn a lot more touches this season.

Shabazz settles in at RB7. I feel that if Shabazz was a year older, he'd have plenty of GLIAC attention.

That said, he's already an experienced, well-rounded running back. Where Jordan shines most is in his power. He's been a weight room warrior since his freshman year, putitng up a 365-lb bench press late last year. Since then, he's also improved his 40-yard dash time. It's apparent that Jordan has been working extremely hard to improve his game.

I beleive that Jordan has a few things to work on. The one biggest area of improvement is vision and all-around elusiveness. When I watch Jordan's tape, he's honestly a bit more stiff than the other RBs on this list. I feel that he can get more out of his runs.

Jordan has the tools. It seems like he has the athletic ability. If Jordan is able to upgrade his game this season, he could very easily earn a MAC offer.

It's not often you see a running back with Division 1 offers being ranked RB8. That is how incredibly deep this class is.

What I know about TyAnthony is that his speed is near-elite. He's a track star (11.34 100M, 7.37 60M). Plus, he's been able to show a bit of that speed on the football field. He's also flashed a little bit of elusiveness in traffic and an ability to run earn a few extra yards through contact.

I'm mainly waiting to see how TyAnthony has improved and how his game translates to the Varsity level. There's zero doubt that he's a gifted athlete, and he's flashed some solid in-game ability.
