<p class="text-gray-700">Standing at 6'5" 220 pounds, Moore has an outstanding build for the TE position. The Brownsville senior is a true TE who lines up mostly on the line.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">On tape Moore is an outstanding prospect. He has solid hands and can make any type of catch. His body control is good as he can stay on his feet through hits. He's not the fastest athlete but his build makes up for his speed as he is tough to tackle. He has a solid understanding of coverage and can slot into holes left by coverages. A solid blocker who can be used in the running game. </p>

<p>Moore is a solid athlete and a true TE. He has solid tape and has a great size for the TE position. He is easily a D1 prospect who should receive recognition soon. </p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Standing at 6'4" 200-pounds Halloran has a good size for the TE position. The Gloversville TE is one of two Section Two players in this article. </p>

<p>Halloran splits time at WR and is one of few TE who can play outside. He is a contested catch expert and excels In racking up catches while covered. He is a solid blocker who has good hand placement and footwork. He can work on being more physical as a blocker. His best reps come from the TE position and he excels in 1v1 against LB's.</p>

<p>Halloran is a solid prospect who has the needed tools to be a successful TE at the next level. </p>

<p class="text-gray-700">The Saratoga Springs TE stands at 6'3" 220-pounds, displaying an excellent build for the position. </p>

<p>He has excellent movement of the LOS thanks to his fluid hips. He is another prospect who lines up on the line. He is a good route runner who excels at crossing routes. He has good COD and is solid over the middle of the field.</p>

<p>The Section Two prospect can play on both sides of the ball but his main tape is at TE where he protects at the next level. </p>

<p class="text-gray-700">The Second Section One TE on this list stands at 6'4" 215-pounds and can play on both sides of the ball. The Mahopac prospect projects as a TE.</p>

<p>He excels at blocking and release plays and can sneak past the first level to make catches in the flat with ease. While he projects as a TE, he has good size for the EDGE position and should look to gain 10-15 pounds of good weight if he wanted to transfer. He is a true check down threat who can be used as a reliable option following blocks. </p>

<p>Dugan is one of the best blockers in this TE class who has solid traits on both sides of the ball. He is a better TE prospect who has good hands. </p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Standing at 6'3" 205-pounds, Holcomb is the top TE in Section Three. Holcomb has a big frame and can move well. He is a bit undersized and can gain some good weight but it is not needed. </p>

<p>On tape he is a true Redzone threat who is a matchup nightmare with his size and frame. He has solid hands and a fluid body allowing him to move off the LOS with ease. He uses his size to an advantage to come down with contested catches.</p>

<p>Holcomb is easily the top Section Three TE and displays solid traits on the LOS. Little tape on blocking but he has good hand placement.</p>
