Dugan is one of the best blockers in this TE class who has solid traits on both sides of the ball. He is a better TE prospect who has good hands.

A player who could either be an EDGE prospect at the next level or continue to add strength and become a reliable check-down blocking TE at the next level.

Good measurables here, he executes his role at a high level, and although that role does not expand much beyond being a reliable target in the flat and blocking as an in-line TE he is a player who I could see showing some good things in a camp setting beyond what you see on film.
