The Second Section One TE on this list stands at 6’4″ 215-pounds and can play on both sides of the ball. The Mahopac prospect projects as a TE.
He excels at blocking and release plays and can sneak past the first level to make catches in the flat with ease. While he projects as a TE, he has good size for the EDGE position and should look to gain 10-15 pounds of good weight if he wanted to transfer. He is a true check down threat who can be used as a reliable option following blocks.
Dugan is one of the best blockers in this TE class who has solid traits on both sides of the ball. He is a better TE prospect who has good hands.

I will kick this off with watching the film, and there is not a prospect in New York who executes a block and release into the flat like

– while most of his film is executing that at a high level,l you see some quality movement skills and there is some solid DE tape in the mix as well. A player who could either be an EDGE prospect at the next level or continue to add strength and become a reliable check-down blocking TE at the next level.
Good measurables here, he executes his role at a high level, and although that role does not expand much beyond being a reliable target in the flat and blocking as an in-line TE he is a player who I could see showing some good things in a camp setting beyond what you see on film.
