Prep Redzone has been lucky enough to be apart of every single Minnesconsin Mega Camp over the past four years. It has been amazing watching it grow to the point where the River Falls staff has had to start to break the event into three sessions. Session one, our focus of today's article, was for the OL and DL groups. Best of all, the session was a padded event so the big fellas really got to put in work and prove their abilities. The two position groups alone brought out 300 athletes, a number that we see for a total at a lot of other big camps. There is no doubt that the Minnesconsin Mega Camp has established itself as the premier event in WI and around the Midwest. So let's talk about some absolutely dominant, talented OL and DL.

I am so jacked up to see Nathan on the field this fall for Muskego, especially after watching him in River Falls. Right off the bat I was surprised to see how much he has filled that frame out. As you can see during our last update he was 265 lbs. At the camp he checked in at 6'3" 280 lbs and still ran a solid 4.72 shuttle time. It is the 1v1 reps that we came to watch and that is where Nathan left his mark. The big fella hasn't lost a step with the added size. He was explosive and instantly powerful out of his stance. We saw him get hands inside and utilize really effective pass rush moves like rips and swims. His hands are so quick and his upper body strength was able to get OL off balance rep after rep. It was a really impressive showing for a DL that I was already a big fan of, but am even more impressed by now.

Another standout DL who caught my attention while making my rounds from group to group was [player_tooltip player_id='402818' first='Neeko' last='Rodgers'] out of Catholic Memorial. Neeko checked in at 6'2" 270 lbs and still was able to run a 4.99 40, 5.07 pro agility, broad 8.7', and hit a really impressive 32.8" vertical. Big and explosive is how Rodgers tested, and it is how he played with the pads on during the live battles. Neeko is an explosive athlete out of his stance and stands out from the crowd with how sudden, agile, and nimble his feet are. He is a DL that can win in a variety of ways. We saw him get into the chest of his man and bull rush. I watched him use hand fighting moves to quickly clean himself off and get to the heels of the OL. Everything he did was violent, whether it was with power or with quickness. The stud has an offer from NDSU, so far. I expect plenty of other schools to join them.

A DL that is rapidly rising up the boards is Racine St. Catherine's Adreyan Contreras- Ward. The impressive DE now checks in at 6'2" 233 lbs while still running a 4.86 shuttle and broad jumping 8.5'. You have to love the long arms on his frame too, and Adreyan put them to work in a variety of ways. The '26 had a great day using his swim move and also had several reps where he had to move on to a secondary move and would figure out ways to still win. The big man also proved his power, getting his hands inside while getting underneath the OL to drive them into the backfield or used his upper body strength to toss OL to the side. The '26 DE was also very explosive out of his stance with his first step. He earned his first D1 offer from St. Thomas with his performance. Big things ahead for him.

It seemed like the standout athlete from Bonduel was making plays as an OL and a DL. From I saw it looked like big time prospect was taking reps on both sides, which was awesome to see as he has spent his career as a DE/TE so far. It was also great to see that Ryan is now up to 6'7" 260 lbs, and his frame looks like it is ready to continue to pack on the size. Seeing him working on OL has me even more of a fan of him now and of what his potential ceiling is. Comparing his traits to the OL position, Ryan has outstanding size and length. His mobility, flexibility, and overall athleticism to be able to reach or get into position to win the leverage battle would be at the top of the charts. The stud '26 also really impressed me with his ability to play low to the ground and win the leverage battle despite the massive frame. The Bonduel product had a lot of staffs following him around and watching his 1v1 group. Bigger and bigger things coming his way.

You will be hard-pressed to find a bigger winner among the OL in attendance than [player_tooltip player_id='1276435' first='Patrick' last='Roeker'] of Oconomowoc. The 6'5" 307 lbs incoming senior put on a show. On the day following the camp, Patrick earned offers from St. Thomas, Winona State, Mankato, Upper Iowa, Augustana, Jamestown, and Sioux Falls. It was easy to see how the massive, mauling OT was able to earn such a haul. Just in the reps I watched Patrick was so consistent. Accurate hand placement, a strong initial punch, overwhelming power in his legs to bulldoze DL off the ball in run game reps. Patrick punished opponents and proved to be one of the best athletes of Session 1.

It was great to see the 6'4" 275 lbs '26 OL out of Franklin in action for the first time. His film from 2024 made it easy to become a fan, but watching him work in person was even better. Henry has a very intriguing combination of length, quickness, and power. Every rep I was able to watch Henry was able to beat the DL out of their stance and make first contact. That burst translated to power instantly on contact. In pass protection Henry easily mirrored the movement of his DL and could instantly sink his hips to stop any power moves. In the run game Vallee was able to take that initial power and drive through his man, or put them on their back. At this point I believe Henry has an offer from every level from D3 up to FBS. He is an impressive prospect.

If you are a coaching staff looking for a steal in the trenches then you need to have [player_tooltip player_id='1524694' first='Yusif' last='Fofanah'] near the top of your list of athletes. The 6'5" 315 lbs IOL is devastatingly powerful. Early this year the 2026 set the Kimberly school record with a 600 lbs squat. At the Minnesconsin camp I got an up close look at what that type of power can do to an opposing DL. Every single moment that Yusif makes is backed with the power to flatten an opponent. Whether it is just his first punch or he is partaking in run game battles, when Yusif got those big hands on his opponent and was able to drive his hips through his man there was nobody stopping him from taking them wherever he wanted to. I'm a big fan of the Kimberly guard and a lot of next level staffs should be as well.

Brendan was looking better than ever at the Minnesconsin Mega Camp. He checked in at a well built 6'3" 285 lbs, up 10 lbs since last season. I was able to start one of the portions of the day watching his group in run game battles. Brendan did well when it came to being quick out of his stance, keeping his pad level low, getting hands inside, and winning the leverage battle. Grabot had no issues using his power to at least hold the line of scrimmage, if not reset it a couple yards downfield. I was also excited to see how well he was moving laterally while engaged while losing balance, reaching, or losing his man. The '26 is bigger and stronger than ever, yet still playing with plenty of mobility. He left with an offer from Sioux Falls.
