I think he could probably play either way in college, but I'm intrigued by the potential position switch. He has excellent pad level and leverage, playing bigger than his size suggests. Playing at a small school means that we pay more attention to what happens at camps as he has more consistent competition there. The question will be whether Rushing plays more on the inside or outside at the college level as he plays everywhere along the defensive line for Monroe. He's likely going to add some more weight to a frame that can hold it, but he's already a powerful interior defender with the explosive traits to create plenty of havoc, both against the run and the pass.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
