Now's the time for the Class of 2027. A lot of media attention is being placed on the FBS prospects. The reality of this sport is that most players aren't FBS guys, and some even slip through the cracks.

None of the players in this article hold FBS offers quite yet. Though all of them are absolute gamechangers for their respective teams. Here are five Class of 2027 Varsity athletes with impressive traits.

Bradley could earn a major jump in the rankings.

His tape showcases a few insanely promising traits, and his testing backs it up. While I don't have verified testing, he does have a video of his shuttle on Twitter, and an 11.07 100M Dash via Athletic.net. The point is that Bradley looks very athletic- definitely athletic enough to stand out in what is an incredibly saturated position (SLWR).

Let's dive into Bradley's tape. 0:35 shows a nice, simple, but well-run corner route. Next play, a screen that leads to a juke, outrunning two guys, and 45 yards after catch. Then, plays like 1:26 showcase Bradley's release and superior speed on a fade. Finally, 2:15 - 2:39 shows a couple of screens, further showcasing well above-average burst, change of direction, and overall athletic ability.

I'd like to see Bradley improve upon his contact balance and vision. Plus, I don't have a great read on his route running or hands. Depending on those factors, Bradley could be a borderline FBS prospect.

If Malcomb can take a step up this season, look out.

He's a touch short for what most colleges want in a QB, but he's a dang good athlete. Verified 4.68 40, 4.35 shuttle, and 115-inch broad jump is impressive from a QB.

I JUST wrote about Malcomb, but man, I've got to stress how great Malcomb could be. Whether it be at QB or another position, Malcomb is looking like a future college prospect. Malcomb may take a small step down in the overall rankings because of the sheer number of new additions, though he'll likely take a small step up when it comes to the QB rankings.

Tatum has an impressive sophomore season highlight tape, both as a Running Back and DB.

A ton of Tatum's performance boils down to effort. Defensively, Tatum is a great tackling DB, particularly in the open field. When faced with a screen, Tatum is able to quickly power through a block to earn his way to the ball carrier. On top of that, Tatum found some success in zone coverage.

Offensively, Tatum does a great job fighting for extra yards, and using his creativity to make the most out of his carries. In other words, Tatum is physical, flashes good vision, and has the twitch necessary to cut into open territory.

The biggest area that I'd like to see Tatum improve is all-around athleticism. He is far from a bad athlete, though his testing numbers (40, Shuttle, Vertical) could all be upgraded. Upgrade athletic ability, and Tatum could upgrade himself into being a future GLIAC prospect.

All signs point toward Okemos taking another step forward. A big part of that will be Tight End [player_tooltip player_id='1337421' first='Atticus' last='Joy'].

This is a verified 6'5" 220lb Tight End (SMSB Camp Verified). Through my couple of in-person viewings, it's apparent that Atticus is quickly developing his route running and hands. He's still a touch inconsistent, but all of the tools are there. Another full season will help Atticus' skills tremendously.

Like the above evaluation, I feel that Atticus' game would explode with a bit better athleticism. Some more time in the weight room and some speed work should help Atticus be a better college prospect.
Atticus is a super traits-heavy Tight End who has shown flashes. Expecting a big season from him.

Braydin is someone who outperforms his tape by a mile when you view him in person.

Namely, Bradyin's athleticism jumps out way more than it does on a computer screen. Braydin is one of our best all-time testers at the Prep Redzone Combine Series in both the 40-yard dash and shuttle. On top of that, Athletic.net shows Braydin ran an 11.68 100M dash this Spring.

Braydin is a great athlete who can realistically play WR or DB at the next level. Right now, I'd say that he has a GLIAC ceiling.
