Boyk can play. I first caught a glimpse of Boyk’s abilities in the middle of last summer. A great athlete, good speed, and great stuff in the open field. As a slot receiver, it’s extremely difficult to stand out to colleges- I’ve seen it time and again.

I think Boyk will be able to stand out enough this offseason. I like his tape thus far, and like I said, he does excellent work in the open field. Clean up the hands and run more consistently good routes, and Boyk will very likely earn college attention.

 I have talked about Bradly Boyk before, but I really think he is in for a tremendous season in 2025. His ceiling from the slot is as high as anyone in this class, and with the insane track speed and athleticism, paired with good route running and strong hands, Boyk could work his way onto the radars of a lot of coaches at the next level. John Glenn as a program is rising, and Boyk will likely be a major player for the Bobcats. His release, route running and hands have all improved steadily, and with another year of varsity experience, he will be in for another production jump this fall.

Bradley could earn a major jump in the rankings.

His tape showcases a few insanely promising traits, and his testing backs it up. While I don’t have verified testing, he does have a video of his shuttle on Twitter, and an 11.07 100M Dash via Athletic.net. The point is that Bradley looks very athletic- definitely athletic enough to stand out in what is an incredibly saturated position (SLWR).

Let’s dive into Bradley’s tape. 0:35 shows a nice, simple, but well-run corner route. Next play, a screen that leads to a juke, outrunning two guys, and 45 yards after catch. Then, plays like 1:26 showcase Bradley’s release and superior speed on a fade. Finally, 2:15 – 2:39 shows a couple of screens, further showcasing well above-average burst, change of direction, and overall athletic ability.

I’d like to see Bradley improve upon his contact balance and vision. Plus, I don’t have a great read on his route running or hands. Depending on those factors, Bradley could be a borderline FBS prospect.

Multiple highlights on his film show his ability to turn nothing into something. He has tremendous vision and change of direction that allows him to exploit any small crease he’s offered. Whether it’s taking pitches out of the backfield or being more of a downfield threat, his ability to slip tackles and spin off defenders is absolutely special. I really like where he’s at right now, and that makes me excited for his potential as a prospect.

I had heard quite a bit about Boyk, but after really digging into his highlights, I am really excited about his potential. His ceiling from the slot is as high as anyone in this class. With some more work and tuning on the details, Boyk will likely climb even higher before it’s all said and done.

First, I love his get off. He’s quick, doesn’t waste much movement and it doesn’t take him long to hit top speed. The change of direction is pretty spectacular as well, as he is able to break off routes before a DB even realizes what’s happening. He also is very comfortable in the screen game, typically exploiting small creases for big time yardage. Great hands, speed in space and instincts make Bradley a big time breakout contender this fall.
