A former PRZ PA Camp standout and attendee. A great option for local D2s/D3s IMO. Might surprise some recruiters from an athletic perspective. </td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='427759' first='Davin' last='Friedman'] - 6'2, 195, Cathedral Prep</td><td>Is a baseball player at Cathedral Prep. Boasts a fantastic 5.429 GPA. An easy box-checker in terms of grades, personality, and H/W. Currently un-offered. Another former PRZ PA Camp top performer. Likely a take at several D2s out West. </td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='1155803' first='Jake' last='Howe'] - 6'4, 200, Wilkes Barre Area</td><td>The best QB of this group in terms of preferred height/weight ratio. 4.0 GPA. Some will question the level of competition at WBA, I wouldn't. Would be a volume passer at other programs, still tossed for 20+ scores and 2k yards as a junior. *** One Lock Haven offer</td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

Fantastic build, a build that will have D2s and D3s experimenting with Green on both sides of the field. Currently un-offered. A lock for PSAC attention IMO. </td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='1520364' first='Christopher' last='Cromartie'] - 5'11, 195, Dallastown</td><td>Great build, one that will need little tuning in preparation for next-level ball. 1st-Team All-County back and ranked relatively well among his peers. On the short list of best backs available. Averaged 100ypg as a Dallastown junior. </td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

Once flirted with a Division One grade on our site, still a high D2 grade provided at his current rank. Legitimate 6'2, 190. Formerly at Carlynton, now at Chartiers Valley. A steal for D2s/D3s out West. </td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='281176' first='Jayden' last='Ware'] - 6'0, 155, Exeter Township</td><td>On our WR list, yet easily a convertible DB at the next-level. Ware caught three interceptions on top of the 400 yards of offense racked up. If he can prove his speed and his H/W, he'll be a great get for D2s recruiting Mid-Penn. 3.8 GPA. </td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='939677' first='Alex' last='Clark'] - 6'2, 175, Notre Dame Green Pond</td><td>Has been proving his speed at a verified 6'2, 175. Another wideout who flirted with a D1 grade on my rankings. Put together a fantastic D11 meet in May that would qualify him for states for all four track events. His stock is raising IMO. Steal for local D2s. </td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='1155852' first='J.D.' last='Weller'] - 6'3, 200, Downingtown West</td><td>A bit surprised to see Weller gaining little traction in recruiting, at least beside what I expected. Great build, great production as a junior, 3.8 GPA. There is still time for local FCS schools to pull the trigger, especially if late commits drop out. Weller would be a fantastic addition to a PSAC on the eastern side of the state, however. </td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

Can dabble with the DE/EDGE position at the next level, yet I like Richardson as a true TE. 3.5 GPA. Actual tape was hard to come by for a while, yet he has solid junior tape up on Hudl at the time of writing. D2s should take an extensive look. </td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='1506928' first='Dylan' last='Laganelli'] - 6'4, 225, Avon Grove</td><td>The highest-ranking prospect on this 2nd-Team. His account and ranking on our site is bugged, this is still a legitimate take for FCS programs recruiting PA 2026s. Despite his unoffered status, I am not off the Laganelli train just yet. He's one of the few on this list that I'd be willing to advocate for in front of D1s. </td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

Believe his tape has progressed enough to earn D2/D3s looks, he's still unoffered to my knowledge. 3.3 GPA. 9-inch hands. 6'8 wingspan. On a productive offense. He shouldn't slip past D2s in need of interior beef. </td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='648184' first='Damian' last='Albeck'] - 6'3, 310, Penn Charter </td><td>Arguably the best reps on tape of any OL on this 2nd-Team. Albeck has earned Division One grades from myself post tape eval. I know for a fact there are a few FCS schools interested, it's just a matter of weighing Albeck's skillset beside similarly graded prospects across the Northeast. Would be a fantastic D2 option. </td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='1155988' first='Raymir' last='Jones'] - 6'6, 290, Pittsburgh Central Catholic</td><td>Has the PCC allure, has the prototypical collegiate tackle build that so many coaches covet. 3.2 GPA. The question of production and availability will arise, yet I know there are D2s drooling at the chance of molding this kid into something special. D3s might make a run too. </td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='1155985' first='Max' last='Powers'] - 6'7, 270, The Haverford School</td><td>Is a shot put, Javelin, and Discus thrower at the Haverford School. A pure tackle prospect who is looking to add some muscle/weight to his build. I know of a few FBS/FCS schools who have fleeting interest, I can see a Villanova or Towson labeling Powers a take, yet Powers is currently un-offered to my knowledge. </td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='1575565' first='Dylan' last='Caster'] - 6'8, 345, North Pocono</td><td>Won't slip past the radar of East Stroudsburg and Bloomsburg. The most massive prospect on this list. Some will question whether or not the North Pocono senior is a bit too heavy, I understand the hesitancy. That being said, he won't be un-offered for long. </td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

Whether or not the interest aligns to offers is up in the air right now, which is puzzling to me. 3.9 GPA, a versatile prospect who posted an 11.10 100M time. This kid is being massively overlooked. I likely shouldn't have dropped him as far as I did in our latest update. </td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='940214' first='Jaiden' last='Connors'] - 6'0, 160, Central</td><td>I think Connors is in need of extra exposure more than anything. Hopefully, I can provide that. One of the best two-way players out of Philadelphia that should entice the D2s and D3s that recruit the PPL/PCL. A three-way player at Central, here's to hoping he doesn't stay un-offered for long. </td></tr></tbody></table></figure>
