Jayden Ware Jayden Ware 6'0" | 155 lbs | WR/DB Exeter Township | 2026 State PA is a talented two-way player for Exeter, but was not used much on offense this week as Exeter decided to focus on running the ball. On defense, he played outstanding. He showed great ability to lock down Muhlenberg’s top receivers. Ware flashed good coverage skills as he locked down wide receivers all night. He was outstanding as a tackler in the open field as well. Ware has much more of an offensive ability, and Exeter will need him going forward, as he is a dynamic wide receiver.

I had the pleasure of meeting with 4 Exeter Township Seniors, and Lancaster-Lebanon Media Day, Jayden Ware Jayden Ware 6'0" | 155 lbs | WR/DB Exeter Township | 2026 State PA was one of them. I came away impressed with them as leaders. Ware is an outstanding athlete who starred last year as a wide receiver and as a defensive back. As a wide receiver, he has great body control with the way he catches the ball in between defenders. Several times in his film, you see him go up and jump over defenders. He is also good after the catch by making defenders miss. Then, as a defender, he is a good cornerback. He has excellent coverage skills, and when the ball is thrown in his direction, he usually breaks up the pass or intercepts it. Ware is a good two-way player who has the skills to play even better this season.

He has good skills and understands how to get open. He is also a good athlete that moves well. He has excellent speed and can run by defenders as well. Ware also shows off good hands as he can catch the ball well, even if it is not a great throw by the quarterback. Ware has good skills and also is a talented defensive back.

At defensive back, he has excellent coverage skills. When the ball is thrown in his direction, he does a great job of breaking on the ball and either intercepting the ball or knocking it down. At wide receiver, he truly showed his playing-making ability. He is outstanding on deep balls where he just outruns defenders. He also showed a good ability to get in and out of breaks to catch the ball. Ware made a ton of plays on both sides of the ball for Exeter.

On Friday night he helped secure the win when he made an interception against South-Western and then returned it for a touchdown. Ware has had a successful season as a defensive back. He has good coverage skills as a defensive back. He also has good skills as a wide receiver. He is a name to know going forward.

He has been used as a cornerback for Exeter. He does a nice job of covering wide receivers in man-to-man coverage. He gets his hands on them and uses his athleticism and speed to lock down receivers. Ware should be in for a big season for Exeter this season as a possible starter at cornerback.
