Sophomore tape put him on the map, junior tape solidified him as a Division One Caliber passer. Checks off several boxes, both on tape as well as in terms of H/W ratio. Good grades, was named a Top Performer at a PRZ PA Camp. Easily the best available quarterback still without an offer to his name. Should be a take for all FCS programs in the Northeast, yet low-level FCS schools are still likely to take a chance on him IMO.</td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='1590878' first='Quinn' last='Bramble'] - 6'2, 202, Eastern York</td><td>Nearly took home Camp MVP honors after our most recent PRZ PA Camp. 6'2, 205, good-looking frame that can handle hits. Ton of accolades in his favor at Eastern York. A lock for PSAC attention and opportunities. Could be the crown jewel of a few D2 recruiting classes. D1 grade, sits close behind Keating as the best available option for those in need of a 2026 passer. </td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='402462' first='Riley' last='Martinez'] - 6'3, 200, Exeter Township</td><td>Another passer that checks off several boxes, especially when projecting him to the FCS-level. I've seen "worse" QB prospects be takes at the FCS level, surprised Exter Township's [player_tooltip player_id='402462' first='Riley' last='Martinez'] is still unoffered to this day. Martinez sits beside Keating and Bramble as the state's best 2026 options for those in need of a QB. 3.8 GPA. Some used to question his build, yet it's begun to fill out nicely. </td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

The highest-ranking back currently without an offer to his name. Would be a steal at the D2 level. PSACs won't miss Ortiz, yet I'm a bit surprised at the lack of attention via FCS schools recruiting the NE. You have to rise above the rest in what's a crowded 2026 RB class. Someone will land a good pass-catching back with proven production. </td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='684892' first='Preston' last='Burnett'] - 5'10, 196, Gettysburg</td><td>Maybe competition level has turned away FCS schools from recruiting Burnett heavily. I'm still holding out for a D1 school to potentially bring him into the fold late in the game, Burnett's tape and consistent production warrant that type of attention IMO. </td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

There's no sugarcoating Gabe Ruth's talent. If you watch him in person or on tape, it's clear he's a notch above competition. Other factors outside of production and ability likely factor into his current unoffered status. Was recently named WR MVP at a UMich camp.</td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='1311611' first='Chris' last='Portis'] - 6'2, 180, East Allegheny</td><td>Unoffered in the last 12 months to my knowledge. Was previously ranked as a top 100 prospect, yet the lack of recruiting buzz around his name was the cause for drop on our ranks. That being said, there's no denying Portis's potential on the field. He sits behind Ruth as the second-best wideout option currently unoffered. </td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='402448' first='Jarrett' last='Kern'] - 6'1, 185, Susquehanna Township</td><td>Been knocking on this door for quite some time. [player_tooltip player_id='402448' first='Jarrett' last='Kern'] is busy on the recruiting trail, doing everything he can to prove he's worthy of Division One looks. His tape proves it to me, yet I'm aware of the build/speed concerns that other colleges mention when gauging on his name. A shame, this will be a steal for programs at the D2 level. </td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='1091194' first='Daimear' last='Coad'] - 6'1, 178, State College</td><td>Was once a Top 100 player post-offer from Akron. No offers to his name in over 12 months. Not a cause for panic, as I believe Coad provides a lot of what other FCS-caliber wideouts provide. Will likely be a take at the D2 level.</td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

A bit surprised he fell under the radar. 3.5 GPA, a former all-conference member. If his measurables check out and can be proven true, he might be worth a late flyer for local FCS programs. D2s would be pleased to bring him in, I imagine.</td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='1155880' first='Benji' last='Ravitz'] - 6'4, 215, Upper Dublin</td><td>4.24 GPA. I still think there's time for Ravitz to earn D1 opportunities. Yes, that window is closing, yet if there were any TEs in the state to take a chance on, I'd have little problem bringing in a 6'4 three-sport ATH like Ravitz, especially carrying the GPA he's reported. </td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

<figure class="wp-block-table"><table class="has-fixed-layout"><tbody><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='1077189' first='Caiden' last='Charmant'] - 6'6, 285, Bethlehem Catholic</td><td>Received an early love offer via Syracuse. Nothing since. Easily the best available option for D1s looking to bring in a legitimate tackle prospect. I have a feeling outside forces are tying into why he hasn't been offered by other FBS/FCS schools yet. Hopefully, Charmant can maximize his football abilities to better his future. Easily my favorite unoffered tackle right now. </td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='1352750' first='Danny' last='Lawyer'] - 6'3, 280, La Salle College</td><td>Unsure if Lawyer has the talent ceiling to entice FBS schools, I get that. I am a bit surprised to see the lack of FCS attention sent his way, however. I have an eye for evaluation OL, I'm a bit surprised the former PRZ PA OL MVP is still unoffered. This should be an easy sell, would be a crown jewel prospect that would spearhead a D2 recruiting class, if he falls to that level. </td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='1155896' first='Kyle' last='Grasso'] - 6'3, 285, Council Rock South</td><td>4.09 GPA. Been knocking on this door for some time. If Grasso falls to the D2 level, one of the local PSACs is going to have a hard time retaining him after 1-2 years. RT at CR South. A young man I've seen dominate in person. Surprised the Merrimack and Marist's of the world haven't offered him yet. I still am holding out hope. </td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='646751' first='Tayvon' last='Williamson'] - 6'1, 285, Harrisburg</td><td>3.9 GPA. A player who can easily transition full-time to DL if need be. Likely a D2 option but a damn good one. Nasty tape, a kid with a mean streak. His unoffered status will only amplfy the chip on his shoulder. Measurables will be the main hurdle. </td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='1054374' first='James' last='Tyler'] - 6'3, 302, Parkland</td><td>The FCS window is closing, yet I'd implore those recruiting D11 to take a chance on [player_tooltip player_id='1054374' first='James' last='Tyler']. An excellent 4.56 GPA, a young man who is used to playing several different positions. The staple of an OL that produces a ton of rushing yards. I'm a [player_tooltip player_id='1054374' first='James' last='Tyler'] advocate and will continue to pound the table for him. </td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

I'm holding out hope that a Patriot League member will give Cooper a call to play safety or wideout at the FCS level. Maybe their are outside factors at play that would explain his un-offered status. I will stand firm on the belief that this is one of the best two-way players left available in all of Pennsylvania. </td></tr><tr><td>[player_tooltip player_id='1156030' first='Julius' last='Best'] - 6'1, 155, Chartiers Valley</td><td>One of my favorite two-way players regardless of recruiting status. Still ranked well despite being un-offered. Is a basketball player at CV. An easy sell when watching the tape, here's to hoping Best checks off all the off-the-field boxes necessary to earn FCS love. The D1 window is all but closed, yet he's one I'd hold out hope for. Love his projection to DB. Likely high on D2 boards. </td></tr></tbody></table></figure>
