PRZ Dakotas Showcase Preview: Gunslingers to Watch

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>If you are a college coach that recruits the Dakotas and are in attendance at our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase tomorrow, these are the quarterbacks regardless of class that in my eyes you need to watch closely in Aberdeen. The verified 6'3 215 pounder from Centerville, has one of the calmest demeanors under duress in the Dakotas as his outside pocket ability translates well to the next-level. Alec has excelled over the past couple years with his tight window throws and possesses the practical arm strength with gauging different reads. Ryder is has some of the smoothest mechanics I have ever uncovered in a freshmen quarterback in the Dakotas and has huge arm strength and precision for his age. I'll be intrigued to watch his sudden elusiveness outside the pocket during the live reps on Saturday as the 5'10 175 pounder is our inaugural QB1 in this newer 2028 class. He has a great understanding with his football IQ for his age understanding the proper throw speed for any given route that is thrown his way. Outside of the pocket, Conway in my eyes is a lot more instinctive than he he probably gets credit for, as this young man has sound intuition once he gets green grass in front of him to utilze his athleticism and picks up a sound burst quickly once he sees what he wants in the open field. The 6'0 175 pounder, shows off a quick releasae that you can tell has an intriguing football IQ with how smooth he is able to fire-pop his throws on intermediates routes which show off elite precision for his wide receivers to progress quickly upfield. Kaleb also shows off a plethora of tight window throws as I envision the poise he has grown with that at other camps has intrigued college coaches thus far this Spring. Javi is a QB prospect we identified early as an 8th grader, as even back then it was clear the poise in the pocket, quick release for his age, and his developing football IQ were going to pay off dividends in his high school years, as we have already seen that progression. His quick intuition he has on intermediate and deep routes should trend well against the competition we have in attendance on Saturday as a 2028 in our top 5 overall as we project him to be an early offer QB from this class already.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
