2027 Rankings Update 4.0: Running Backs

With that in mind, we have begun a new round of rankings updates. The most recent class to be updated is the incoming junior class of 2027. After officially releasing these rankings updates, I will now be breaking them down by position. He carried the ball 107 times for 847 yards and 11 touchdowns in 14 games. Talbert has impressive vision in the open field, showing the ability to find cut back lanes then make moves accordingly to avoid defenders. He has also shown the speed to break away from the defense on long runs. Dakari also caught nine passes for 145 yards and a touchdown as a sophomore. England has explosive speed which he uses to hit the running lane with a sense of urgency then run away from the defense with ease. When defenders are able to catch up to him, England has shown the contact balance to break tackles without losing stride. He also finished this past season with eight receptions for 99 yards and a touchdown. He is coming off a strong sophomore season in which he carried the ball 213 times for 1,444 yards and 21 touchdowns in 13 games. Brock is a strong runner who has shown the ability to keep his legs churning through contact to break tackles with ease without losing stride. Once he hits the open field, he has also shown the ability to use his speed and elusiveness to break away for long runs. Brock also caught 28 passes for 417 yards and five touchdowns as a sophomore, and made an impact on defense, finishing the year with 26 tackles, two tackles for loss, and an interception. He is coming off a strong sophomore year in which he carried the ball 221 times for 1,510 yards and 24 touchdowns in 12 games. Hanshaw has impressive vision which he uses to find the open running lane then hit it with a sense of urgency. Once he hits the open field, he has shown the speed to run away from the defense and strength to break tackles. He also caught nine passes for 128 yards and two touchdowns as a sophomore and played a huge role on defense, finishing with a team-high 56 tackles along with 13 tackles for loss, five sacks, and an interception. Berry had a strong sophomore season, carrying the ball 130 times for 780 yards and 12 touchdowns in 12 games. He is a strong downhill runner who has shown the ability to lower his shoulder and run straight through defenders without breaking stride. Once he hits the open field, he has shown the burst of speed to break away on long runs.
