He helped lead his team to a win over Edmonson County, running the ball 16 times for 156 yards and five touchdowns. Hanshaw has the speed to burst through the running lane in a hurry and is very tough to tackle once he hits the open field. He has the strength to run straight through defenders and elusiveness to make them miss. Kadin also made an impact on defense on Friday, finishing the game with six tackles and one tackle for loss. Hanshaw doesn’t currently hold any offers but I expect college coaches to be paying close attention to him this season.

Once he hits the second level, Hanshaw has shown the strength to break tackles and elusiveness to make defenders miss along with the burst of speed to run away from the defense on long runs. He also caught nine passes for 128 yards and two touchdowns as a sophomore, and played a huge role on defense, leading his team with 56 tackles along with 13 tackles for loss, five sacks, and one interception. Kadin doesn’t currently hold any offers but he is a player who college coaches should be paying close attention to this upcoming season.

Standing at 5 foot 11 inches and weighting 195, his frame will translate well to the next level. Hanshaw has been a standout performer for Grayson County and has set himself up to be a highly sought after recruit. His Sophomore year highlights he shows great speed and vision breaking away big runs. He shows good strength causing multiple defenders having to bring him to the ground. Definitely a kid to keep you eye on in the class of 2027.

He was very impressive in individual drills, showing the ability to make smooth cuts and change direction with ease. Hanshaw also stood out in the 1v1 passing competition, showing the quick breaks to create separation along with the speed to blow by opposing defenders on deep routes. Kadin should be a player to continue to keep an eye on over the next couple seasons.

Kadin has also shown that he is a reliable target in the passing game, finishing this past year with nine catches for 128 yards and two touchdowns. Hanshaw doesn’t hold any offers yet but he is a player who definitely deserves some attention from college coaches.
