Stock Watch: Spring QB Breakout Candidates

He is generating buzz as an ATH, but has plenty of desirable traits as a QB. Truly elite runner from the QB spot. Not just big and fast, but also flashy and can make people miss. Real bouncy athlete. Has a quick release, strong arm, and makes both touch and drive throws. He will only improve as he fills out. Compact release, spins it into tight areas. Will get a chance to throw the ball around the yard this year.
