Lockdown DB's and Versatile Linebackers from #PRZCombineSeriesCO

Today we will be taking a look at the linebackers and defensive backs from the combine series Colorado who were able to dominate. These are the players you will need to know for camp circuits and 7 on 7s as we move further into the offseason.    Twork showcased excellent footwork during drill work, flashing a smooth backpedal and quick hips that allowed him to transition effortlessly. He consistently showed soft hands during drills, catching passes cleanly. During one on ones and 7 on 7s, Twork's versatility stood out as he thrived in both man and zone coverage. His ability to anticipate throws and stay glued to receivers was one of his calling cards from the event.     Howard displayed fast, active feet and natural quickness throughout the day. Although still developing his technique, his raw athleticism allowed him to close gaps quickly and stay in phase with receivers. In one on ones, he used his speed to mirror defenders, and during 7 on 7s, he proved he can read routes and excel in zone coverage. With further coaching, he has a very high upside.     Reheis was smooth and composed throughout the event, showing a relaxed but effective backpedal and quick breaks. His awareness in coverage was excellent, being able to read the quarterback and receivers to make timely plays on the ball. In 3v2 and 7 on 7 periods, Reheis excelled in zone coverage, batting down multiple passes and consistently disrupting plays with his vision and ability to anticipation throws.     Kearney, initially getting reps at receiver, impressed after he made the decision to step over and get some reps at defensive back. His physicality at the line of scrimmage stood out during 3v2 and 7 on 7 periods, using his hands effectively to disrupt routes. In one on ones, he was able to stay hip to hip with some of the top receivers, showing natural coverage instincts. He's a rising name that coaches will want to track closely.     Robertson's blend of speed and instincts made him one of the more versatile linebackers at the event. His footwork in drill work was clean, and he translated that into coverage during 3v2 and 7 on 7, using his vision to read plays and make breaks on the ball. He showed he can drop into coverage effectively, while in drills work still having the tools to attack downhill against the run. A true stock riser out of Nebraska.     Flores consistently shines at Prep Redzone events, and #PRZCombineSeriesCO was no exception. He excelled in zone coverage, using his range and anticipation to make plays across the middle. His footwork was polished during drills, and he carried that into 7 on 7s, where he aggressively attacked the ball in the air and broke up multiple passes. Flores looks ready to make noise this upcoming season.     Brown impressed with his leverage and anticipation in drill work. In half field and 7 on 7, he showed the speed to get proper depth in zone coverage and the instincts to jump passing lanes. His natural feel for the game helped him consistently stay in the hip pocket of receivers. Brown's stock is trending upward heading into the summer.     Ramirez brought energy and speed to the field, flying around and making plays all day. His footwork was strong in drills, and he maintained balance and leverage when shuffling downhill. In 3v2 and 7 on 7 periods, he showcased his ability to drop into coverage and disrupt passing lanes, using his quickness and vision to frustrate receivers.
