[player_tooltip player_id='427533' first='Charlie' last='Foulke IV'] does everything and more that you would want out of an FBS quarterback. The ball velocity and speed zips and makes it easy for him to place the ball in good spots. Foulke makes far hash throws look like child's play, and seems polished, confident, and comfortable when throwing over the middle of the field. He has some mobile aspects to his game, but I find he enjoys standing strong in the pocket to deliver rather than running outside and being a gamer. I got the chance to watch Charlie live against Downigtown West this season, where he looked unfazed by the crowd, the game, and anything West threw at him. He holds many D1 offers and I expect him to be one of the best QBs in the state again this year.

[player_tooltip player_id='1181600' first='Kendall' last='Jackson'] as a sophomore this past year comes with the total package, solid size, good speed, a good arm, good accuracy, and the icing on the cake the prettiest deep ball of this bunch of players. When he throws his deep shots specifically on the sideline it's never underthrown, always thrown with a tight pretty spiral, and always delivered on time. There's a clip where Jackson's WR only has maybe a step or two, Jackson launches the football 45+ yards and throws open his WR for a monster gain, it's special stuff. While to my knowledge Jackson has no offers, I really expect him to be gaining interest soon as I believe he's one of the best in the state at his position.

[player_tooltip player_id='600174' first='Jackson' last='Solley'] has some of the best accuracy of this group. Early on watching his tape my jaw is dropping further after every clip. He just throws lasers for a lack of a better term, everything is thrown with the zip and precision you want in a D1 Quarterback. He has some mobility and can become a playmaker out of the pocket, but he thrives more throwing in the pocket being a field general rather than a “gamer”. Solley has some interests (Towson + San Diego State) but I really can't see why someone has yet to pull the trigger, this is a division 1 kid plain and simple.

The third clip on [player_tooltip player_id='569820' first='Joey' last='McLeish']'s highlight tape shows him rolling right and delivering a corner ball to the pylon to a tightly covered WR, a constant theme on his tape. He knows how to layer balls in between defenders. He puts enough velocity and zip never too much never too little. He's very calculated in his throws and his reads it's like he sees angles and soft spots with the quick glance of his eyes. McLeish was fun and someone I expect to build a bigger name for himself going into 2025.

[player_tooltip player_id='916084' first='Marley' last='Emerson'] is a good player, plays with poise, accuracy, and ability to use the sideline for his throws. He can move outside the pocket and on read options so that's another element to his game. All in all this is a good starting quarterback with good size, traits, and processing abilities. I see someone who can be an FCS player by the end of his high school career.
