His physical running style allows him to dominate opponents. He is a type of runner who seems to play better with more carries he gets in a game. He rushed for an eye-popping 1,845 yards last season. He also shows good speed, and once he gets into the open field, he is off to the races. He currently holds offers from Buckness, California, and Gannon. Ivy League schools have shown interest as well. On defense is the ultimate match-up piece. He played all over the field for Thomas Jefferson. I saw him line up as an outside linebacker, deep safety, and even a few snaps as an edge defender. At all 3 positions, he can make plays at all 3 levels. As an outside linebacker and safety, he is excellent at playing in space and making plays on the ball when thrown in his direction. His athleticism and lateral quickness are great. Then, on offense, he was a big-play wide receiver. He can create separation because of his speed. He then catches the ball well in front of defenders on tough matchups. He gets off the ball extremely quickly. He has one of the fastest gets off I have seen from a defensive lineman. His hand placement is excellent. He has several moves that allow him to get around offensive linemen. His ability to use the swim move around offensive linemen is next-level stuff. His violent hands allow him to be successful as a defensive lineman. Then you add in his strength, and you have an excellent player. One more thing: this kid has a motor that never quits. The kid throws a consistent ball. He has excellent mechanics and footwork. I also love his quiet feet. Meaning he is never rushed; he is constantly getting into his steps and throwing a good ball. He throws an accurate ball on time. Thomas Jefferson runs a ton of under-center pass plays, and Kolling excels at the play-action fakes and throwing the ball. I am also shocked he does not have any offers yet. He is a prototypical offensive tackle with excellent size (6'5"). Last year he played well, but he is just scratching the surface. This off-season, he appears to have dedicated himself to the weight room. On his film from last year, you see a good run blocker. He does a nice job of driving defenders off the ball. He also moves his feet well. On the defensive line, he shows excellent ability. He is stout at the point of attack. He is hard to move off his spot. He also does a nice job of splitting double-team blocks. Then on offense, he is a legit offensive guard. He is a good run blocker as he dominates defenders. I really like how he chases linebackers and blocks them on a high level. His ability to see the ball carrier, then attack upfield quickly is excellent. Then on offense, he played as a fullback.
