Harrison Kolling Harrison Kolling 6'1" | 180 lbs | QB Thomas Jefferson | 2028 State PA is an underrated quarterback in the 2028 class. The kid throws a consistent ball. He has excellent mechanics and footwork. I also love his quiet feet. Meaning he is never rushed; he is constantly getting into his steps and throwing a good ball. He throws an accurate ball on time. Thomas Jefferson runs a ton of under-center pass plays, and Kolling excels at the play-action fakes and throwing the ball. He is a highly skilled quarterback in the 2028 class.

- 6’2, 190-pound 2028 QB prospect out of Thomas Jefferson High School. Carries a 4.214 GPA. While his recruitment has been quiet to this point, he’s another quarterback with plenty of time to build momentum as more programs begin evaluating the 2028 class.
This is the type of quarterback who earns trust over time. He operates within the offense, plays under control, and understands situational football. Every program needs players who simply execute at a high level. He fits that description well.

- 6’1, 180 pounds. 4.05 GPA.
- Has ample tape to dive into via Hudl. Tapes vary in length. I took the time to check out Kolling’s mid-season tape, in hopes of ranking him among his 2028 QB peers. Mid-season film is two and a half minutes long. Love seeing Kolling work a traditional drop from under center, Thomas Jefferson’s offense calls for heavy looks. Great deep ball accuracy, Kolling is witnessed hitting overs and corners both inside and outside the pocket. Kolling is clearly comfortable working play-action sets too, several splash plays come via working PA. An emphasis on timing, Kolling has built good rapport with his targets. You can see the chemistry on full display watching Kolling lead his targets away from coverage. Timing and rhythm is a plus when hitting comebacks and out routes toward the sideline. Not everything Kolling produces come from an under-center look, he can get the job done in a spread/shotgun look as well, a few of these reps are sprinkled into his tape. Great first look at a new name on our site.
