Good frame at 6'3" 170lbs with room to add mass, but possesses that functional play strength to throw opponents off him to escape a sack or put his shoulder down and run through opponents for extra yards. Very good pocket mechanics with a smooth, effortless release and the ability to hit all 3 levels of throws with velocity, touch, or finesse. He stands tall and collected in the pocket with his eyes downfield to deliver darts, but his ability to throw on sprintouts/boots or extended plays is very impressive. He does a great job throwing from a coordinated position on the move and can flip his hips and get the ball out quick in his non-dominant direction. He did a great job standing tall in the pocket and delivered throws with accuracy and touch- especially on fades and corners where he really showcased his timing and anticipation as well. They looked to roll him out of the pocket where he did a good job finding those backside crossers. I really like his ability to freeze or move DB's with his eyes to generate his favorable matchup or clear out a zone. He delivers with a quick release and does a great job taking what the defense gives him- but can also use velocity to fit throws into tight windows. He does a good job knowing where his checkdown is when facing pressure to get the ball out quick and avoid a sack. Sneaky escape ability in the pocket as well. He did a good job climbing the pocket when facing pressure off the edges to keep his eyes downfield and deliver strikes. Flashed good anticipation as well on those longer developing plays and showed the ability to finesse throws in with touch. Quick release with good timing on most routes/concepts and will only continue to get better. He does a great job selling play action as they run a lot of Wing-T looks, while showcasing solid touch on those deeper outside 3-balls.
