The Prep Redzone 7v7 Circuit came through Oklahoma for the first weekend in March and it was the largest 7v7 tournament in the three years that Prep Redzone has been doing 7v7 tournaments. We'll have a ton of content dropping all week, taking a look at the best players that stood out throughout the tournament. In this breakdown, we're putting that spotlight on the 15U division with the top players that stood out throughout the two days in Broken Arrow. This breakdown doesn't feature anybody from Sooner 7, who won the 15U championship but they were covered already in a post earlier this week. This breakdown also doesn't feature any quarterbacks because the top signal callers had their own post earlier this week as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='1177426' first='Jordan' last='Smith'] - 2027 Wide Receiver/Defensive Back - TheUNIT918 Platinum (Oklahoma)

2027 wide receiver and defensive back [player_tooltip player_id='1177426' first='Jordan' last='Smith'] was one of the breakout players from this weekend. We weren't familiar with Smith's game prior to the tournament starting but it didn't take long to realize that he was one of the better athletes in the 15U division. Smith was absolutely electric on both sides of the ball. On offense, he became one of the top pass-catchers in their offense. Defensively, he was a lockdown corner and we came away from this weekend equally impressed with his ability on both sides of the ball. After one of the games on Saturday, Smith told us that he was a sophomore at Berryhill and he'll end up being a name to know later on this fall. He was another standout where it was a coin flip of which side he was more valuable.

[player_tooltip player_id='1171159' first='Kyng' last='Golston'] - 2027 Tight End - C4 Future (Oklahoma)

We've been covering 7v7 tournaments for quite a while now and whenever you have the 15U division, you can come across certain "cheat codes" in those divisions. 2027 standout [player_tooltip player_id='1171159' first='Kyng' last='Golston'] was one of those cheat codes this weekend. The Valliant defensive lineman star prospect turned into one of the top targets in the passing game for C4 Future on Saturday and Sunday. Golston is legitimately one of the top overall prospects in Oklahoma's 2027 class and he has the size to be an absolute beast on the line of scrimmage. But as we saw this weekend, he also has the athletic ability to make plays on offense. And with his size, he was an absolute match-up nightmare for just about every defense that they would go head to head with this weekend.

Malachi Njoroge - 2028 Wide Receiver - Silent Assassins (Missouri)

Silent Assassins came down from Missouri and had a solid weekend in Broken Arrow. 2028 wide receiver Malachi Njoroge was a big reason why they found success on the offensive side of the ball. Njoroge turned into a dynamic weapon on the offensive side of the ball, at the wide receiver position. Njoroge really impressed one of our other guys at the tournament. He was complete in his ability to run routes and had just about every tool working for him, specifically when we got a chance to watch him on Saturday afternoon. And when he got separation from the crisp routes, he was able to pull in just about everything thrown his way with solid hands. He was definitely on the short list of top playmakers in the 15U division this weekend.

Tripp Jones - 2028 Tight End - Oklahoma United (Oklahoma)

Every time we watched Oklahoma United on Saturday or Sunday, we came away impressed with the reliability of 2028 tight end Tripp Jones within their offense. Now look, in a 7v7 tournament setting, everyone on offense besides the quarterback can be just considered a "pass catcher" and not a specific position. But after watching Jones go to work over the middle and seeing how reliable his hands were, plus his overall frame, he just looked like he could be a tight end when the pads come on. Talking to Jones after one of the games, he recently moved from a small town program to Edmond. Just a freshman, Jones could end up being a name to know moving forward. He certainly impressed us throughout the two days in Broken Arrow.

[player_tooltip player_id='451430' first='Tommalik' last='Benson'] - 2028 Wide Receiver/Defensive Back - Say Less (Oklahoma)

The last time we watched 2028 wide receiver and defensive back [player_tooltip player_id='451430' first='Tommalik' last='Benson'] on the turf in Broken Arrow, he was earning MVP honors for the wide receivers at our January camp. Benson returned this weekend with the OKC-based program Say Less and he was absolutely money. Which was fitting because the number on his jersey was a dollar sign. Benson was once again absolutely electric to watch on the offensive side of the ball but he also made some really big plays at the cornerback position. Overall, Benson was one of the names we had circled coming into the tournament in the 15U division and he certainly lived up to the hype. Benson had a really good weekend and his stock continues to be pointing up moving forward.

Torrance Talbot - 2028 Wide Receiver - 24K South (Arkansas)

24K South would come up short on Sunday after losing to a C4 team that they beat on Saturday but overall, it was an eye-opening weekend while watching them. 2028 wide receiver Torrance Talbot was absolutely electric with his ability on the offensive side of the ball. We watched a ton of football this weekend. A lot of it came in the 15U division and one of our guys mentioned Talbot as being arguably the quickest wide receivers when he was running routes, getting in and out of his breaks. And because of that quickness, it allowed Talbot to separate from defenders trying to slow him down. Talbot was a menace in the passing game and because of that, the Arkansas-based program had a solid weekend turning some heads.

[player_tooltip player_id='1633335' first='Tucker' last='Wood'] - 2027 Wide Receiver - GC7 (Arkansas)

Earlier this week, we wrote about the top 15U quarterbacks and GC7 was represented there and they are represented again here. 2027 wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1633335' first='Tucker' last='Wood'] had one of the more clutch plays during pool play on Sunday. GC7 was able to stun Prolific in the final seconds when their quarterback threw it up and Wood came down with it in the end zone for what would end up being the game winning touchdown. That immediately got our attention with his big play ability. Now, we didn't watch every game that GC7 played throughout the two days so we don't know what kind of weekend Wood had as a whole. But we know that for at least that one game, he was one of the best players on the field with his playmaking ability.
