Prospect Sheet Deep Dive: Stockbridge Tigers

Stockbridge is a rising program with some underrated rising seniors and a crop of youngsters that will have FBS and P4 coaches stopping by for years to come. Here is a deeper look into their prospect sheet.   2026 Standouts    Well-built, stout runner. North-south guy. Explodes hard through running lanes and gets up on second-level defenders quickly. His feet are constantly active, gifting him access to cutback lanes and helping him bounce ball outside. Hard to bring down with his frame and he fights hard through contact to maximize that. He makes the most out of each run. Not a burner, but could add more speed if he opened up his stride more. Underrated back who could grind out yards at a small school level.     Carries his weight well with some room to get bigger. Good instincts. Tracks ball well and keeps an athletic/active base to keep action in front of him. Does a great job of creating extension with his length and pulling himself into the backfield. Gets blockers on their heels and sheds. Explosiveness is still developing, but he pursues the ball and shows evidence of tape of running long distances to chase down ball carriers. His instincts and ability to distance himself from blockers will benefit him as he grows athletically. A tone-setter up front for Stockbridge.     Featherweight prospect with room for adding weight available. Really scrappy player. Works hard to get ball carriers to the turf. He is consistently around the ball. Explodes after it and isn't afraid to go for the big hit. When you turn on the tape, Williams plays hard and gets after it, traits that translate well for lighter prospects. He should play a big role as a senior and is a late breakout candidate.     Shorter, stout LB prospect at 5'10 205. There is some play strength evident here. He hits with good pad-level and explodes through contact, enabling him to uproot ball carriers. He is patient, working laterally with the offense. He is always around the football and packs a punch at contact. Harris is worthy of some small school buzz given his play strength and the fact that he is always around chaos when it happens.     Impressive looking prospect up around 6'3 215. Holds an offer from Georgia State. Makes good use of his arms, consistently winning with an arm-over move. He flashes his chest and consistently gets blockers to reach. Uses his length to create leverage and extension when attacking inside shoulder. Decent bend and developing explosiveness. His ability to win with nuance and his length is what impresses me the most. He is on the radar for D1 coaches and could see more of those opportunities come his way this spring.     Long, lanky S prospect with impressive ball skills on tape. Long jumped 19' 6.25'' this spring. Looks natural at a safety spot. Plays with good patience and naturally floats to a spot. Consistently proves capable of climbing the ladder and plucking the ball above the rim. Dawkins offers length, room for physical growth, and good ball skills.    2027/2028 Standouts    Good athlete playing the QB spot. T/F 100M PR of 11.46. Moves the pocket and creates well on the run. Does a good job keeping his eyes up when on the move, directs traffic, and makes good decisions. Clean drop, consistent base, quick release. Arm strength is still coming around, but his quick mechanics help compensate for that. He has enough juice in his arm to muscle it into windows. Dances in the open field and can create his own yards. The question is, ATH or QB? Scott has an offer from Georgia State and will be tracked going forward.     Versatile playmaker for Stockbridge with time split at WR, in the backfield, and as a returner. T/F sprinter who clocked 11.70 in the 100M this spring. Natural runner with long, driving strides. Attacks ground with footwork and aggressively takes advantage of cutback lanes. Impressive deceleration and change of direction, chopping feet and sinking hips. Has some subtle shimmy in an alley with defenders to get them guessing. Searching for that top gear, but has plenty of time to have it. Overall, impressive freshman tape. Holds several FBS and P4 offers.     Highly productive WR who has solidified himself as one of the best receivers in GA's 2028 class. T/F athlete who has already long-jumped just over 20 feet. Long strides, bouncy athlete, effortlessly skates around the field. Adjusts to the ball in the air with evidence of off-platform, unique grabs on tape. Finds footing and gets back to full stride quickly when he lands. Still developing his top gear, but will come naturally. There is plenty of athletic capacity here. He should continue growing and developing into a household name.     Tall. lanky, young WR who made plays at each level of the field as a freshman. T/F athlete with a 19'06'' long jump PR. Forward lean with long, powerful strides as a runner. Takes care of cushion quickly. Decent foot quickness and deception at release points. Impressive YAC ability for his size. Doesn't waste time dancing around and instead puts his foot in the ground and gets vertical. I am a big fan of his. He has the chance to develop into a real impressive size/speed threat on the outside. Yet another young Stockbridge WR with P4 offers.     Smaller, athletic DB prospect with early signs of high upside. Clocked 11.45 in his first time running the 100M this spring. Versatile prospect who played at different spots and in different coverages as a freshman. Willing participant as a tackler, but his coverage skills impress me the most. Transitions well from his backpedal and kicks to a sprint. Matches up at release points and gives himself a chance. Breaks hard on the ball. Gets hands on receivers in their routes. With plenty of growth ahead of him, I would keep a close eye on Jimeson.     Stout LB prospect who gained plenty of valuable varsity experience as a freshman. Rallies very hard to the football. Scraps hard against blockers and generates some pop when he connects with ball carriers. Does a good, yet subtle job of getting skinny and shoulders his shoulders to keep his chest clean and slip into the backfield. Mapp plays hard and fast, which will benefit his development as he bulks up and grows naturally.     [player_tooltip player_id='425341' first='Kruz' last='Marion'] is one of the fastest and twichiest players on the Stockbridge roster, regardless of class. He clocked an 11.47 100M this spring and showcases impressive foot speed on tape. He is still developing some snap at the top of routes, but has good footwork at release points and looks capable at this stage of handling more complex route patterns. After the catch, he can certainly dance and accelerates to his top speed quickly. Marion will receive recruiting buzz here as he develops athletically.
