At 6'1 205 Daniel is among the more explosive big backs you're going to see. He shows good vision and patience when running between the tackles. Devlan has an explosive jump-cut that makes guys miss and the speed to take it to the house. With his combination of size, athleticism, and power it's easy to see why Devlan already holds D1 offers. Daniel holds offers from Miami (OH), Toledo, and Bowling Green.

At 5'8 195 pounds Duncan is a stout running back who runs with a good center of gravity. He runs downhill when running between the tackles. Rayshawn also shows the versatility to be a playmaker in the pass game whether it be out of the backfield or lining up in the slot and running routes. As he continues to develop, I'd like to see him turn the ball up field more when getting to the edge rather than taking the sidelines.

Hall is a player who's gotten varsity time on both sides of the football both at running back and safety. At this point I think he has a higher ceiling at running back. Jordan is a shifty runner who uses quick cuts and burst to make guys miss and get down field. With the Lancers top 2 rushers leaving to graduation, I would expect to see an increased role for Hall in his junior season. I can't wait to see what he's able to put on film as a runner in what is usually a strong Lancer rushing attack.

Buirley was a big player in Big Walnut's D2 state semifinal run. On the season the sophomore running back ran for over 2,100 yards and 29 TD's. At 6'1 195 pounds he's a bigger back. He added a huge kickoff return for a touchdown in their big 14-7 quarterfinal playoff win over Massillon. Nolan has a good burst for his size. He has good vision and patience for finding holes. He has a more upright running style but does a good job of protecting the ball. I'm interested to see what Nolan puts on film next fall as he continues developing.

Whether it's on special teams as a returner on special teams or from the running back position Peterson has shown the ability to be a playmaker. The first thing that flashes when you watch the film is his ability to make guys miss. He has the ability to start and stop on a dime even from full speed. He's a really tough tackle in the open field. He runs with great balance as he takes contact, he's able to stay on his feet and keep going. As he continues to get bigger and stronger he's going to be able to add another dimension to his game.

Council is a shifty running back with home run hitting speed. In the open field Council is a slippery runner who has the ability to juke and make guys miss. With his ability to get to the edge he has a good feel for the angles of defenders and knowing when the edge is there. One of the traits that separate the speedy Rocket running back is his open field speed and ability to separate from defenders. When he gets free, he's a touchdown waiting to happen.

He has the ability to be a game wrecker between the tackles as he has both the power to run through tackles and the burst to get downfield quickly. He's a guy who can consistently move the chains. Parker also plays linebacker for the Red Raiders.
