Daniel, the yin to Kinsey’s yang at Indian Hill, figures to be just as good. Daniel has great change-of-direction in space and can be a legitimate home-run threat with the ball in his hands. At 6-foot-0, 205 pounds, he is already bigger than Kinsey yet just as fast. While he holds a few small school offers, I wouldn’t be shocked if major college coaches started taking notice of this speedster after this season. He recorded 2,098 yards and 12 touchdowns as a sophomore.

At 6’1 205 Daniel is among the more explosive big backs you’re going to see. He shows good vision and patience when running between the tackles. Devlan has an explosive jump-cut that makes guys miss and the speed to take it to the house. With his combination of size, athleticism, and power it’s easy to see why Devlan already holds D1 offers. Daniel holds offers from Miami (OH), Toledo, and Bowling Green.

Devlan had an awesome Sophomore season in 2024 where he rushed for 2260 yds and scored 34 TD. His excellent play helped the Indian Hill Braves to a 9-win season where they averaged 31.6 points per game and advanced to the 3rd round of the playoffs. He finds the open hole and exhibits excellent burst through the hole. He displays excellent contact balance breaking tackles from LB/DB with ease. Once in the open field, he exhibits very good play speed as he outruns all defenders and scores on a long TD run.
