2025 Final Rankings: Offensive Risers

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">With the release of the final 2025 PRZ state rankings, here's a look at some of the offensive prospect rising up.</h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">Dowd continues his ascent this offseason making a big jump in the final 2025 PRZ state rankings. The big 6'6” 225 lb. TE has got ideal size/length for the D1 level with a skillset that blends both his abilities as a receiver and blocker. Creates mismatches in the pass game no matter who is defending him with his ability to attack different coverages and play the ball in the air. He shows good hand eye coordination for his size showing he can adjust to ball flight and track it all the way into his hands. Possesses a massive catch radius that extends well outside his framework and uses his size well to create positional leverage and establish a throwing lane. Reliable blocker that can use his hands and good footwork to sustain throughout the play and control defenders. Signed to Northern Arizona over four other D1 offers but still went under recruited throughout his career.</p>      <p class="text-gray-700">Asiata is an outstanding OL prospect with ideal physical traits for the major D1 level. At 6'5” 330 lbs. he's violent at the POA and flashes plus movement skills. A force at the LOS that dominates his opponents with good hand usage to latch on and finishing ability. Does a great job creating running lanes by moving defenders at initial contact with power. Takes good angles to his blocks with active feet to establish positional leverage before he engages. Like his ability to adjust to defenders movement to get to the spot. In pass protection, he's quick out of his stance to get into his set and reacts with good balance and a wide base to maintain a clean pocket off the edge. Collected seven D1 offers before committing/signing to Utah on early signing day.</p>      <p class="text-gray-700">Complete skillset for the 6'2” 205 lb. WR that is now at Washington State. Strong well-built frame with length in addition to his speed make him a tough one on one matchup for defensive backs. Accelerates hard off the LOS to close cushion and force an early off balance transition as he runs by coverage to stretch the field. He's a precise route runner that creates easy separation through his sharp cuts and good usage of stems/break moves. Flashes quick and strong hands to rip the ball out of the air with confidence. Wins contested catches in traffic and uses his size to his advantage to box defenders and create positional leverage at the catch point. He's a hard runner after the catch that can lower his shoulder to run through contact and then burst away once in space. Collected 10 D1 offers throughout his career and moved up 75 overall spots in the final 2025 rankings update.</p>      <p class="text-gray-700">Kotiranta flew under the recruiting radar throughout his career until he was able to land a well-deserved D1 PWO to Northern Arizona in January. Possesses a good all around skillset to be an impact player on both sides of the ball for San Clemente, played well at Safety as a junior but then exceled as a WR his senior year. Very natural and smooth operating out of the slot with high level route running and separation ability at the short/intermediate levels. Still carries the speed to be a downfield and after the catch threat but his strength is short area quickness and burst. He's got a hard drive phase off the LOS and is creative in how separates showing a great ability to set up his routes. His breaks are well timed and he uses his change of direction to accelerate coming out. Quick release move at the LOS to avoid contact and get into his route. He's got good body control and competes for the ball in the air to be strong at the catch point. Voted All-League, All-County, and All-CIF at WR for the 2024 season.</p>      <p class="text-gray-700">Williams is a violent and aggressive blocker at 6'2” 275 lbs. Played OT for one of the top teams in the state but size could see him slide to the interior at Washington State. Possesses rare length at 6'2” with a +8 inch wingspan at 80.5”. Great all around skillset combining his natural ability, physical playing style, and precise technique. He's a plus athlete that is light on his feet to move laterally and work to the second level while also showing great initial quickness of the ball and reactionary movement. He accelerates at the contact point to drive through contact and overpower opponents with natural strength but also effectively uses his hands to maintain positioning. Well-coached he shows he can execute different blocks and techniques at a high level depending on the play call and defensive front.
